My two daughters and I did a little practice in the pool in the morning and then was taken out same day to scuba dive - Everyone that works for Squalo divers was pleasant, but also efficient. I would suggest their services to anyone because they are safe and very well priced.

Dive into Excellence with Squalo Divers - Family members and I recently completed our PADI Open Water certification with Squalo Divers and followed up with some additional 2-tank dives. We couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The boat captain and instructors were consummate professionals — highly skilled, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring we mastered all the necessary techniques. Their guidance left me feeling both secure throughout the dives and confident in my abilities by the end of the training. The dive sites we explored were remarkable, offering a diverse range of underwater landscapes. We visited the rock pile, along with a striking deep trench reef, the C-One Wreck dive, and an intriguing site featuring many statues that formed an exceptional artificial reef environment. We concluded with a smooth and enjoyable drift dive where we popped up out of the ocean with the boat way off in the distance - that was pretty cool as a first experience. The variety and quality of these locations made every moment underwater memorable. When I return to Florida, Squalo Divers will be my first call — I’m already looking forward to pursuing my Advanced Open Water training with their exceptional team. For anyone seeking a reliable and welcoming dive outfit, I can’t recommend them enough!

Me and my brothers went to the tour and it was amazing the experience, the instructors are exceptional especially Ethan. - Excellent experience of diving in the open sea, are unforgettable experiences that we take to our entire lives in our memories.

Great dive shop and instruction! - I booked a last minute dive trip with this company for a dive certification (Lion fish). I really appreciated how communicative they were (phone, text, email) and how attentive and helpful the crew and staff were on the dive. Would book again in the Miami area.

Great dive! - Great 2 dives with Rosy! She was very helpful and picked 2 great spots to dive! Captain was great as well. Had all the dive equipment needed ready to go when boarding the boat.

Did the most important thing well. Otherwise, a bit lacking - My 20 year old son and I did the two tank reef dive. There was only one other diver and then the dive guide and boat captain. We got lots of personal attention and the guide really knew his stuff. However, all three of us got very seasick and were hurling and dry heaving. Some of it was the chop, but I suspect some was also the boat and driver. I’ve been diving for over a decade and never experienced anything like that! The dives were good, and the rental equipment was really nice. There was a decent amount of fish, but the reefs in south Florida are really not in good shape. The guide didn’t describe the dives ahead of time, run through hand signals, or talk about the fish we’d see. Just down to business. I give HUGE kudos to the dive guide!!!!!! After descending to 60 feet, my mask let in a lot of water (my fault- I jarred it loose when nose-pinching to clear sinus pressure). I was having a hard time clearing it (which is dumb of me, I’ve done this dozens of times before with no problem), and while blowing out my nose I sucked in a huge amount of water and felt like I couldn’t breathe (of course I could but it didn’t feel like it) and started to panic. The guide calmed me down, helped me breathe, and led me on a controlled ascent. A PERFECT JOB!!!!!!!! All in all, very impressed with professionalism and know-how. But also overall a good, not great experience. That said, a decent day diving is better than almost anything else!!!!!
