Sawgrass - It's near COLLINS Avenue, you're riding a van all right. It's in front of the ROSS where you're picked up. Since 9am and you're dropped off at MARSHALL

This was actually a good... - This was actually a good deal considering the cost of a return taxi. It was a lot cheaper doing it this way. We left at like 9.30 and returned at 5, I had more than enough time to shop. This is far better than Dolphin Mall I feel. Someone also brought a suitcase with them which wasn't a bad idea actually.

Fun Day at the Mall - Although pick up was a little late, our driver ensured we arrived at Sawgrass safely to get the most out of our day. Lots to see and do at the mall. Great experience

Return earlier than expected - Before you make the reservation make sure about the return time. The bus left us at Sawgrass at 10:20am and upon arriving there the driver warned that he would return at 5:00pm. I was considering that the return would be at 9:00pm. I called the company and they stated that there was no more driver available for the return later and consequently there was only the mid-afternoon return. Since I could not solve all my demands by that time I had to pay $40 from Uber to return to Miami Beach, which reduced part of my travel savings. For me the transfer wasn't worth it

Service, attention and horrible treatment. - We had four tickets to the Sawgrass Mills, when we got in the van there was a place available that is to say oversold the locations, before our claim they asked some passengers if they could get off, of course no one did it because they had paid for the transfer (just like us), they also wanted two minors to travel in the mother's skirt, which is prohibited! A person appeared talking while chewing, which was unpleasant, saying that if someone didn’t get off they didn’t leave when it was their fault, of course we were told that for the amount paid there was no refund. In order not to harm the other passengers we decided to go on our own. Awful experience, no respect for customers, no care of anything and no one is responsible. DO NOT book tours with this company, very bad deal.

Don’t bother with these lot - The excursion was overbooked so we had to stay there about 3 hours before they sorted it. There was a guy in there telling us to come back after 10 mins every time we went up to see him but then he kept selling tickets for cash in store. We ended up missing our reservations elsewhere because we got there late and we had to uber back as well cos they wanted to pick us up at 8 because they got us there quite late

AWFUL SERVICE. 1.5hrs late arriving & departure time changed from 5pm to 9pm but only told on arrival! - Booked a ticket for a 9am departure leaving Sawgrass Mills at 5pm. Driver didn’t arrive until 10.30 then made 6 separate stops at different hotels to pick up more customers. Finally arrived at Sawgrass at 12pm when the driver announced pick up would be at 9pm!!! No explanation, nothing. Called the office, who also confirmed a 9pm collection. This information was not given to anyone prior to leaving. What a poor service offering this is, no communication, a complete lack of respect and interest shown by any of the staff you speak to. No customer service skills whatsoever. No appreciation for wasting customers time or the impact of changing plans without communicating. How do you change the departure time to 4hrs later without notifying the customer!? If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go near this company.
