Walk near Miami and that's worth it - Staff come qualified and attentive, punctual and patient. We went and returned peacefully, we loved the tour very well worth it.

VISIT TO THE MALL - I went to Civitatis. All right. The mall is very large and while you find some deals, others are the same price as duty free. In a single day it is well tired and impossible to travel the whole mall.

I'm glad it's smooth and convenient - It's convenient to pick up and drop off at the hour one way. We departed at 17:00 with a 9:00 meeting and had about 6½ hours there. Don't just wait at the meeting place. I had to show my ticket to an office called MiamiTours.com and get a sticker. You have to be careful, because you can't. Also, on the way back, it was a van, so it wasn't a double-decker bus.

Great tour to a mall - We went to the meeting point and were there on time. It was not immediately apparent at the beginning where to register. It was very crowded and not only was the Sawgrass Mills Mall approached but also an Everglades tour. Were then dropped off at the mall and picked up as agreed. Picked up the Everglades Tour participants so the ride took a good hour longer. The driver was very nice and does a good job.

They should be more honest with the times and details, taking care of the passenger's and not just their own. - For the return we were required to be 15 minutes ahead of schedule, but finally arrived 15 minutes later, meaning unnecessary wait of half an hour. It is easy to foresee, especially for local drivers, the huge Friday traffic, which was the excuse. Plus lots of chatter to make us deliver the Shopping plan.

Bad Service - He left half an hour later without even apologizing. On the way back the meeting time was at 17, I arrived 17:05 and had already left. I called the company at the time to ask what I could do, they attended me and cut me off when I told them what happened and never answered my phone again. Super disrespectful and without predisposition to solve any inconvenience.

Unprofessional driver - Unprofessional driver. On the way we left later than promised and halfway stopped for we do not know that (some personal management). On the way back he insisted on being at the meeting point at 16.50 and that the van was leaving at 16.55... he arrived to pick us up at 17.15. Then the driving is a separate issue, it seemed that we were in a video game performing impossible overtaking as well as very sharp braking, about to collide.
