Transfer from the port of... - Transfer from the port of Miami to the airport of Miami, friendly driver, I arrived at the port just before the scheduled time, I sent msg on WhatsApp to the driver to say that we were arriving, and he in a short time appeared to take us to the airport. Service 5*

I believe our driver’s... - I believe our driver’s name was Jose. He called me at 1:02 stating he was 15 minutes out, my reservation was to be picked up at 2:00. I missed the last hour of my conference. He didn’t get there until 1:40. His driving made me feel uncomfortable, very unsafe. He shared with my husband that we were his last pick up for the day and he would be off after dropping us off at airport. So I missed the last hour of my conference so your driver could be off. Mind you I used your service for pick up from airport to hotel and the experience was absolutely amazing, but not the return trip.

Easier getting out of... - Easier getting out of pier terminal than in past. That area is a zoo of congestion but we were picked up ahead of time. The only hiccup came when out driver thought we said Delta instead of American and he drove past our drop off point but said he couldn’t go back and drop us off at correct place. That was inexcusable and resulted in a long walk for us. Didn’t bode well for future business from us

Beware! Choose someone else - The pickup at the airport was seamless and perfect! The return from the cruise ship was TERRIBLE! The driver arrived 45 mins early and left to shuttle others because we were 8 minutes for our pickup time. There are scheduled times to leave the ship and he kept telling me to come down now. Our group of 10, with 3 seniors was then forced to sit in the heat for an hour before anyone came to get us getting to the airport as boarding started. STRESSFUL! No phone number to call. Noone responded to the chat. Just programmed texts with no response when I text back. AWFUL! Choose someone else. Felt like they had our money and didn't care.
