• To consume alcoholic beverages you must by 21 and older with valid ID
• The boat is not wheelchair accessible
• If your prone to sea sickness this is not recommended
• Maximum of 34 passengers
• If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark.
• On the last departure each day, if you hop off in South Beach there is no return boat later that evening.
