A great all round tour of Miami - Tour was fantastic! The tour guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour took us to a lot of interesting places around Miami that we wouldn't have otherwise seen as we were only in Miami for 2 nights (plus we were all the way from Australia so it would be a long time until we have a chance to come back). The bus arrived on time as well so we didn't have long to wait and it was great that it included a boat tour as well all for a reasonable price. A great all round tour of Miami.

Great tour...need a hat! - Bring a hat! It is a completely open air bus tour. Ari, our tour guide, was great, but when in an industrial area, we couldnt hear her over the microphone because of all the traffic/construction noise.

You need to improve the service - Chaotic. Ok to advise that car problem and late boat tour but then messy start to later coach tour with pick ups all over the place and late finish for the day and then expect another tip for driver even tho she was excellent The whole day is expensive and better value for money is expected Please improve

Not recommended - 90 minutes of free time in Little Havana were given.
Instead, we were ushered into a restaurant to eat at our expense.
After that, no free time was available, as described according to the tour.
We didn’t see anything from Little Havana, couldn’t buy any soveniers.
The best was the subsequent boat tour.
The city tour is not recommended.

No show never again - Wasted half a day getting to waiting and returning to hotel, so the experience was terrible never us viators again

It’s a scam - They took my money and I didn’t go on the tour. I was told to be at the pick up spot at 10:00 am , I was there at 9:45 , no bus. I messaged the company at 10::15. After going back and forth with the representative she told me that someone called me, no one called my phone never rang. Then she said they left what you want me to do. I said provide me a tour or refund my money. Nothing happened . I bought 3 tickets and got nothing.

Don’t book online!!!!! - DO NOT BOOK ON LINE DURING LOW TOURIST MONTHS OR YOU WILL BE CANCELLED BY NO ONE THERE TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENTS.
Go to the Market Place and there are a dozen manned kiosks there to help you decide what is best for you and usually depart hourly. Prices vary but you will not get canceled without any issues. Tours are great, informative and friendly. Have a great day!!!
