Excellent tour! - Tommy was an excellent tour guide. The tour had a lot of interesting stops and I loved the music accompaniment. The boat tour was a cool way to see another side of Miami!

Best tour exploration ever - Very informative and so much to see in downtown and we ate lunch at one of the best cuban spots I've ever been to. The Art Deco area was probably one of my favorites seeing all the street art. Little Havana was my next favorite place we got to explore so much history and culture in such a small community. I'll recommend this tour to everyone I know who visits Miami

Great tour...need a hat! - Bring a hat! It is a completely open air bus tour. Ari, our tour guide, was great, but when in an industrial area, we couldnt hear her over the microphone because of all the traffic/construction noise.

Quick tour - Fine for a quick overview of Miami if your time is limited. Vehicle was not up to par. Windshield wiper went off every 15 seconds. Husband killed a cockroach

Not recommended - 90 minutes of free time in Little Havana were given.
Instead, we were ushered into a restaurant to eat at our expense.
After that, no free time was available, as described according to the tour.
We didn’t see anything from Little Havana, couldn’t buy any soveniers.
The best was the subsequent boat tour.
The city tour is not recommended.

Don’t book online!!!!! - DO NOT BOOK ON LINE DURING LOW TOURIST MONTHS OR YOU WILL BE CANCELLED BY NO ONE THERE TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENTS.
Go to the Market Place and there are a dozen manned kiosks there to help you decide what is best for you and usually depart hourly. Prices vary but you will not get canceled without any issues. Tours are great, informative and friendly. Have a great day!!!

Disappointing and frustrating - They cancel the tour without notifying us. We drove 2 hours to Miami and waited. Calls were not answered. Finally they returned our chat saying the tour was canceled.

Bad experience - Lousy, I booked this tour for my parents on Sunday, September 7, 2025 (today), they arrived half an hour early and never arrived for them! They've been sunbathing for two hours and nobody's answering the operator's cell phone.

I went to the miami... - I went to the miami bayfront cruises and I was discriminated against there was a girl outside taking photos of people and after when she displayed them to people for purchase she deliberately skipped me i reported it to the captain for discrimination and he kick me out of the cruise later I reported the matter to police they are very racist against people of colour also their security came out threatening me.
