Upon arrival to Dinner Key Marina, we are located on Pier 9 (next to Pier 7). Look for the Yellow Smiley Face Flags to find us (if you do not see us, continue driving on the road that goes along the water line, and you will end us finding us).

Fly board worth it ! - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous but it was very much worth it ! Was worth the money because I cant find this activity were we live !

The activity is much, more difficult to achieve than described. It takes a lot of effort to successfully stand up. - It is very hard to balance on the platform and not as easy as described. The operators djould also have other options available other than just standing to ride.

BEWARE of an additional $50 fuel surcharge! - !!!! BEWARE of an additional $50 fuel surcharge on the spot after the initial registration payment !!!
Otherwise, my son enjoyed this activity and could get up on the first try.

Misleading Price - CAUTION: Price does not include a $50 / person surcharge once you get there. Price is misleading. However, we had a great time and it was a very fun exepiernece.

Hidden fee $50 - Flyboarding was fun. Ok let's get to the reason why I'm giving them 2 stars. They texted me saying it was too windy and I need to reschedule and I was fine with it, had them reschedule for another day. since I booked it with Viator I couldn't cancel it or reschedule it was past the 24hr mark. I show up and they telling me they don't see me in their system, I showed them the Viator reservation and the guy was like it's past nothing we can do then I showed up the text message and he went and talk to his other buddy and they realized it was booked for $115 instead of $145 on their website so he came up to me and said he sees me on the schedule now but I gotta pay extra $50 for surcharge and marina taxes etc and I asked him explain that to me and he couldn't he didn't even know what that was he just said there's 'X' on it so that means it isn't include on the $115 I paid on the Viator app. I feel like they scam me out of that $50 but Flyboarding and the water was dirty

Thieves, flee! - They refuse to refund us the service when it was they who cancelled twice! We had to do it at the beginning of our stay, they cancel under the pretext that they close that day... We re-plan at the end of the stay and there, they cancel again and 30 minutes before... They offer us a voucher but we live in Belgium, they know that we will not be able to use it... They understood how to pocket the money without doing anything. I do not understand why Tripadvisor does not intervene...

SCAMMER “exceptional closure” for not providing the Service and pocketing the money without doing anything! - 🔥 Organised SCAM if you are a foreign resident! 🔥
They accept your reservation 📆and of course your payment 💵, then, the morning of your reservation, they tell you that they are exceptionally closed!
That you can schedule another date and that you have the option, “for life”, to do the activity later because they do not refund (whereas they cancel and not us).
As you come from abroad and may never come back: they pocket the money without lending anything!!! 💸💸💸
We have tested until the end and planned another date, the morning of that other date we received the same message informing us that they are exceptionally closed.
➡️ to be closed exceptionally for two different dates two weeks in a row, it is statistically impossible...
(I have the emails that prove this opinion)

To flee!!!! Thieves! Scam! - Refuse to refund us when it was they who cancelled the service twice! Suddenly close the day we have to do it and warn us 30 minutes before... they offer us a voucher valid for life but we live in Belgium, they know we will not be able to use it. We had to do it at the beginning of our stay, they cancel, we reschedule at the end of the stay and there again, they cancel...

Flyboarding - Horrible experience! I almost drowned. The guy who was supposed to help set up is the worst, hr doesn't care all he wanted was the money. The instructions were horrible too.
