- Snokeling, Parasailing and Glass Bottom Boat is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather

Fun experience - The bus picked us up and dropped us off on time and at the right place. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful, and the snorkeling activity was well organized and fun.

Grey Line Key West Trip: 10 out of 10 - We booked the Grey Line Tours Key West Day Trip through Groupon and overall had a great experience! ☀️🌴 Our moderator Lilly was very informative, the bus was on time, and customer service was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful.
The trip itself was beautiful—we literally drove over 42 bridges, including the famous 7 Mile Bridge, and the views were amazing! Once in Key West, there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and delicious desserts for anyone with a sweet tooth. We also enjoyed the Old Town Trolley tour—Grace was funny, engaging, and full of great information. The beach, music, vibes, and even the local cannabis shops were all part of the experience!
A couple things to note—parking at Bayside garage was very expensive, so plan for that. Also, on the way home, our bus stopped twice unexpectedly. It was a little scary—we thought we ran out of gas—but thankfully the driver got it started both times and got us safely back to our cars.
One important suggestion: the tour company should strongly encourage anyone who is sick or constantly coughing to stay home. The seating is very close, and it’s not fair to others to be exposed during such a long ride.
Overall, it was a fun and memorable day trip!

Extremely Nice and helpful staff from the time I was pickup on the bus from Miami to the time we were dropped back off in Miami. If you haven’t book yet I highly recommend you do!

An unmissable experience - Very good communication. Nice and trusted guide! We appreciated being picked up in front of our hotel. The guide gave us interesting cultural information about the Keys. A great experience for our family.

Super funnnn - This was super fun and worth the money. Didn’t know until boarding that drinks were all inclusive even alcoholic ones. Our tour guide Tamara was amazing.

Great trip despite tour guide & transportation - The condition of the bus for this long day left a lot to be desired... broken seats, a very smelly toilet with no toilet paper, & every seat of the double decker was taken.
One of the worst Tour Guides who was way more interested in selling tours/activities in Key West than doing any guiding/commentary; she slept all the way on the return trip.
However, so glad we visited Key West... had a marvellous tour guide (Jeff) on the Trolley Bus tour which was certainly a highlight; a great place to visit.

We had a bad experience... - We had a bad experience to start they picked us up late and then we had to change buses on the first stop cause the air conditioner was not working properly on the first bus that picked us up

Offender - The trip is not worth it. Lovely beaches that are difficult to reach on foot if you are not fit, and then an outdoor nursing home! And thanks to the arrogant driver who, after twice asking me not to put the air conditioner on full blast for four hours, made me feel bad for the next few days.

Poor scheduling, lost free time, and wrong drop-off location - This tour was extremely disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish.
The bus left Miami about 40 minutes late, which already disrupted the schedule. When I arrived in Key West and checked in at 12:10 PM, I was told the dolphin watch was from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I was also required to return by 1:45 PM to check in, meaning I had less than 1.5 hours of usable time.
The tour advertised 6 hours in Key West with about 3 hours of free time, but in reality, I had almost no meaningful time to explore. The dolphin watch ended at 5:00 PM and the bus left at 5:45 PM. The main purpose of visiting Key West was completely lost due to poor scheduling.
The situation became worse when we returned to Miami. I was not dropped off at the original pickup location at Bayside Marketplace. Instead, I was dropped off at South Beach at night without proper notice and had to pay for an Uber to return.
This tour showed poor coordination, poor communication, and lack of customer care. I would not recommend this operator.
