Enjoy the water with a Dolphin Watch & Snorkeling tour, a glass-bottom boat ride, a snorkeling cruise, or a parasailing adventure. - Snokeling, Parasailing and Glass Bottom Boat is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather
- Infants between the ages of 0 - 2 are Free but must sit on parents lap
- A government issued photo ID must be present at the time of checking in for Parasailing. We do not accept photos of ID’s. If there is a minor the actual parent must sign the waiver for the minor. No other adult can sign for the minor. Children must be at least 6 years old

Journey to the bottom of USA - A great trip to the most southern point on continental USA. It is a looonnngggg day but well worth seeing the keys and exploring Key West. Highly recommend making the effort to travel from Miami for the day, especially if short for time. Bus driver was very safe and the tour guide did everything to make sure we all, whatever we chose to do in KW, had a great time.

Beautiful excursion - Only transport and own activities.
Despite partial showers it was a successful trip.
The journey on the bus was similar to a "deep cave ride". Attached were winter dresses, scarf, hat and gloves as well as thermal underwear and winter boots. The bus was cooled down so much that "almost ice flowers" formed on the windows. Despite several reklsmieren by several guests no improvement could be achieved.. Thankfully we approached the psuse nsch 2 hours of ice-cooled ride and can warm up in the restaurant as well as in the sun before the frozen ride continued. On the deg return trip, the chauffeur had the temperament around bus somewhat under control. Not too cold but not too warm either.

Snorkels, Sun, and Surprise Traffic—Still Worth It! - Gray Line Miami Tours provided top-notch service on our Key West day trip. They arranged pickup just a short walk from our hotel—perfect for that early-morning start. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the 3.5-hour journey flew by, especially with a nap!
Our guide, Tatiana, added a great touch by sharing fun facts along the way (did you know Key West is closer to Cuba than to mainland Florida?). A quick stop for food and drinks before hitting the island was a thoughtful addition.
Those who booked excursions received clear instructions on where to be and when, and the snorkeling tour we joined was excellent—would absolutely book with Fury. Be warned: Key West gets *intensely* hot and humid. Many local shops I visited aren’t air-conditioned, so come prepared to handle the heat.
I wish there had been more time to explore—same-day return means you’ll feel the time crunch. Some riders opted to stay overnight and head back later (though an Uber from Key West to Miami could set you back ~ $600–$700!).
The only hiccup was on the return when a traffic accident turned our 3.5-hour commute into a 5.5-hour haul. Not the fault of Gray Line, but something travelers should factor in when planning.
Overall, Gray Line earns two enthusiastic thumbs up from me for their efficient, friendly service and smooth coordination.

Great Island to Explore.... - Great Island to Explore. Only round transfers are included in the price of the trip. You need to make a day on the Island on your own.

Key West definitely, but... - The trip to Key West pays off in any case. We didn't book any other attractions (glass bottom boat, jet ski, ...) in advance and we wouldn't, even though they are almost forced upon you during the bus ride. We had about 6h stay in Key West and explored the island on foot, turned out very well. On the way home we unfortunately had a technical infirmity with the bus about halfway, so we were about 3h late, because we had to wait for a replacement bus. Can happen with the technical infirmity, so this is not included in the evaluation, however, we were left for an eternally long time without information on the further procedure. There was no bus announcement as to what is actually the problem or what happens next. You had to ask the tour guide personally if you wanted information. Hence a total of three stars.

Roaches on the bus - Roaches are on the best! I was sitting near the window on the top half of the bus and killed one. THEN I switched seats returning to Miami only to wake up to another roach crawling up my arm! Key west was great, but this company can afford a new best or exterminators. That was utterly disgusting! Never again!
