Cruise of the stars - Personally, I loved this cruise. A great break for a day in Miami where we discovered all the magnificent villas of stars like Jennifer Lopez who was at home or Rhianna or Stalonne. Besides, we have a wonderful view of the Miami skyline and the cruise harbor. The price is really democratic. Two hours in a rich world.

Wonderful millionaire ride!! - Very nice boat ride. We had a great time. A big thank you to Micheline for her welcome, her humor and especially for having spoken to us very well in French!!!! We recommend without hesitation. 👍👍😄

We always like a boat trip when on holiday and this although not cheap gave us a good trip around bay - Easy to board. Lady we brought ticket from ( booth in bayside market near the boat) took us to the jetty . 11am sailing. Large boat with very few people ( less than 20) on so plenty of seats.and we could move all around to take pictures. We sat on top deck at back so could get both sun and cool breeze. Some interesting facts and good trip around the bay. As I say it's the kind of thing we like to do. The guide was clear and loud and spoke English ( think also spainish but didn't need to on our trip). Bar was a bit expensive but no different than other trips. But, there is a scam or selling scam on board. They run a raffle for a free holiday. We didn't enter as we from UK so didn't think a free USA holiday would be any use. We assumed it would be drawn at end of season but no, it was drawn on the day. Couple next to me won. They were excited ( for about 15 mins). They were taken downstairs but came back angry. It's not a prize draw it's a way to lure people into high pressure sales presentations , and part eith small amount on the boat. I assume for timeshare or similar. The saying if it's too good to be true then it probably is definitely applies to this free holiday draw. But we enjoyed the trip

Nice experience - Nice 90-minute cruise to discover Miami. From the villas of the super rich to the downtown skyline, with explanations in English and Spanish.

pleasant walk - We did this excursion because we wanted to see the bay, the theme of the famous did not matter enough. We found it nice, the views are nice, it lasts just over an hour.

For an outdoor visit - Performed as part of the bigbus package. Friendly walk in the port and around them that allows me to see beautiful homes and cruise ships. Pleasant moment but nothing surprising nonetheless. It gives a different view of Miami.

You get what you pay for. - There were no signs directing you to the boat! We finally found the boat & we’re told it was out of service & put us in a dingy smaller boat with no overhead coverage on top. It was crowded and the music they played was horrible. It was hard to understand the tour guide. It was a disappointing ride. We’ve been on many of this type excursion & this was by far the worst. We saw a few homes. Would not recommend this one. Low budget operation

Wasted time finding the boat and get boarded - Boat tour itself was fine. Direction on how to get to the dock was completely missing. I arrived at the address, it was a big mall and then had no idea where to go. And then voucher codes on the phone could not board, they had to be printed out so I had to walk to the booth. What a waste of time.

Terrible Terrible Horrible - This is the worst tour ever. We got the “ticket” from the booth. Then 10 minutes before the board time. They told us this is not a ticket and told us to go to another booth to get the real tickets. Then we ran to another booth and then they told us this is the real ticket. Then they told us to go to another booth to get the tickets. Back and forth half an hour running around in 100 degrees in Miami. Terrible experience. Never go this tour.

This Boat Tour Company Participates in a SCAM SWEEPSTAKES; BEWARE OF THE “vacation prize”!!! - The tour was mediocre and most of the “famous “ peoples homes were generally unknown and NOT household names. The info was given in English and Spanish, and although I’m more than ok with that, his accent was so heavy that we could barely understand what he was saying half the time. At around halfway through the tour, two shady looking employees wearing company blue shirts started handing out papers to put in a ballot for a chance to win a holiday. Hopeful , I filled in our info. One of the 2 reps collected everyone’s entry including ours. Minutes later, the tour guide called out the winners and we were one of them. At first I was excited . About 20 minutes later, the guy who gave out the raffle entry tickets came over to us and brought us down to the bottom level of the boat. He put us in front of an iPad and asked us which of the 3 types of holiday we wanted to claim as our prize. We chose the resort prize and he took our info and said that it would be valid for 18 months and we could use it anytime, but first……we had to attend a VIP tour where he takes us to the Uber and we go to some part of Florida where we have to complete a 2 hour tour. He also said that in order to secure the tour, we’d have to pay 40.00 which we would get back after the tour. My husband, out of a momentary gullibility (and the hasty vibe from the guy who was helping us), paid him the 40.00 deposit. It wasn’t until after that my husband said something didn’t feel right about this so called prize. Other couples had also won, so it seemed too good to be true. When we went back up the stairs to our seats, I googled “island queen cruise Miami vacation scams” and lo and behold, it came up from numerous people who took the boat tour!! I feel turned off by Miami now , and don’t think we’ll be returning. I know scams happen everywhere, but I don’t understand how 2 sceptical and intelligent people fell for this rubbish! 🤦‍♀️ And we got stiffed 40 bucks!!! After the boat tour was over, the guy waited for us near the exit and we told him we are cancelling and had no iIDs with us, and that we wanted Our 40.00 back. He said “you have to call to get the money back, I can’t help you “. It was at this point we just walked away and noticed one of the other “winning” couples walking behind us, who were told to wait for their “prize representative” to take them to the VIP tour. I turned around and quietly said to them, shaking my head “it’s a scam”. They were pretty grateful! I also believe, that they target foreign tourists, who may not have fluent English language skills, in order to be able to manipulate them easier than native speakers. All in all, give this cruise a miss, and just watch YouTube videos of the millionaires tour for FREE! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TOUR. Waste of money and scam participants!
