Your proof of purchase is a “Free Sale” and can be used for any of our scheduled cruises. It is recommended to arrive at the ticket booth to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour before your preferred cruise time. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to each cruise. All trips are on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on available cruise space. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132 (accessible through the colorful flags by the 4th Street entrance or Walk of Fame).
