10/10 Awesome Experience!! Book Now ! - I’m leaving a review because planning a trip can be stressful but if you’re looking for a boat, you just found it. We had eight girls for a bachelorette party. We fit comfortably on top. Everyone had an awesome time. The staff from start to finish were accommodating and friendly! They answer the phone quickly, are professional, and made everything easy. You need to bring your own food and drinks but there’s plenty of provided space to keep everything iced cold. Float also fit everyone comfortably, bring your own towels. You can play your choice of music and the speaker on boat is definitely loud enough when you need it or low when you don’t. If you want to enjoy the Miami weather, have fun with friends/family and know you are in good hands, I totally recommend!

Yacht rental AMAZING! - I recently had the pleasure of renting a yacht in Miami and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The yacht itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable time on the water. The crew was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. The views of Miami from the water were breathtaking and added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this yacht rental to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Miami.

Extremely poor customer service and will rip you off, compleltely unprofessional and incompetent. - If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked the 40 ft yatch for 4 hours (4-8 pm) and a jet ski rental x 2 ppl for two hours (3-5 pm). They were so late that we only got just under 3 hours on the yatch and only 1 hour (nearly 2 hours late) on the jet ski. They advertise 350 lb weight limit but it's really 280. All I asked is that I get refunded for a 3 hour yatch rental unstead of 4 and 1 jet ski. They refunded the jet ski (only after I left a complaint) and they absolutely refused to refund to a 3 hour rental saying that it's not their decision. They said it was my decision to only do 3 instead of 4 hours - well yess because I dont want to be swimming 9 pm at night and YOU were nearly an hour late. Absolutely horrible service, customer service, no apologies and will STEAL your money. I don't understand how they can be in business if their model is theft. I dont care about the money but rather the principal, I am a physician surgeon, but the fact that they are late, no explanation, and no respect for their customer is insane to me. Please stay away!!!!!
