Safety instructions, a map, and boating tips for the area will be provided on-site before the rental begins.

• FLORIDA BOATING LAW:
Florida law mandates that anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1988, must complete a NASBLA-approved boating safety course. The temporary boating safety course can be completed online. Instructions and a link to the course will be sent after booking is finalized.

If born before Jan. 1, 1988, only a valid ID is required.

RULES

• Boat is for intracoastal use only (Biscayne Bay). Allowed up to the end of Key Biscayne (Stiltsville) and as far north as Haulover Sandbar.

This vessel is strictly prohibited from ocean use and must remain within the bay area!

• PROHIBITED: fishing, pets, jeans, sharp objects, large coolers, towing

• OPERATION HOURS: Sunrise to Sunset

• FUEL PRICE:
$35 per quarter tank upon return of the vessel. The boat is provided with a full gas tank before departure.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500

• WEATHER CANCELLATION: In the event of unsafe weather on the rental day, we offer a refund or rescheduling.
