Fun overview of Miami! - Had a fun tour with our tour guide, Harry! We shared a minivan with 7 other people. After getting picked up at our hotel in Miami South Beach, Harry showed us Ocean Drive and talked about the Art Deco style and what to look for. We then went to the Wynwood district where we spent about an hour walking around, looking at all the beautiful murals and street art. Then through Coconut Grove (look for peacocks walking around freely!) to Little Havana where we tasted delicious Cuban coffee and visited a cigar store where we could watch them make the cigars. Our last stop was a short stop at Key Biscayne to take a photo with the Miami skyline in the background. Good tour for first time visitors of Miami.

Nice tour - It was a good tour. Driver, Leo, was great! The only downside was that we got a hotel pick up because we were in south beach, but the tour ended at bayside marketplace. We had to get a taxi back to our hotel that I was not aware of until the night before.

Good understanding of Miami - Very good guide and we learn't s lot of the history and culture of Miami. Just a suggestion. Need better balance. A hour in little Havana. Only 10 minutes Winwood Walls. Hardley time in South Beach. Very good excursion otherwise.

Improveable - We chose the tour in Spanish and we were brought together in the same group with people from the tour in English. The tour was most of the trip in English and some of the Spanish translation was lost, as the explanation was much shorter.

Not worth the money, boring tour nothing worth seeing at all - Not at all what we expected Drove round and all we seemed to see was painted murals on walls. Even drove through a cemetery! Nothing at all good to see, we were only in bus 10 minutes and he stopped for a 15 min comfort break! Think he was on commission as he basically head us all to the ice cream shop. Supposed yo be a tour of cigar factory, but he missed it, so rushed to the cigar shop! Again he then headed us to a restaurant with 30 minutes left before getting on bus so no time to enjoy the food, we only had a drink. He extended the time to 6 giving more time to those who were eating! Could not hear what he was saying though his Mike Not worth the money, cramped up in mini bus, and nothing at all exciting to see, would not recommend at all

Not worth the money or time. - I did the Miami city tour today. Don’t waste your money. We picked up the tour at Miami Beach. They told us to be there 2:20 and the van got there at 2:40. The guide was not an engaging guide- very monotone and gave very generic facts. He was very focused on sites/facts related to Scarface- mentioned it at least 5 times. He did not always tell factual information- things Google can tell you otherwise. He gave arbitrary times at each stop- for example he gave 40 minutes at Little Havana, and most of us were waiting on the van for the bus driver. The tour was supposed to be 3 1/2 hours, so it should’ve ended at 5:30. We got off the van at 6:15 and that’s only because someone on our van asked to get off early. Very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.
