Miami All-In-One: City... - Miami All-In-One: City Sightseeing & boat ride experience was an excellent way to see the best of Miami in just six hours. The combination of guided city tour and relaxing boat ride made the day feel complete, without being overwhelming.

Useful Overview of Miami - The best part of this tour was getting an overview of the key areas and sights of Miami - including stops in Little Havana and Wynwood. Our driver was very energetic, but unfortunately I had a hard time understanding him due to his strong accent. I missed about half the information about people, places and things, which was unfortunate. Also, the "cruise" at the end of the tour was disappointing. We were told that the regular boat was not available. Instead, we were placed on a water taxi that took us from Miami to South Beach. I could have done that myself, without this tour.

It could have been better1 - The land portion was fantastic, but the boat trip did not eventuate. The tour guide provided a very informative and enjoyable tour of Miami, however when that portion of the tour finished, we were left at Bayside, with instructions as to where we had to catch the boat for the second part of the our. Unfortunately for us, and another couple, there never was a boat tour - nobody (aqua tours, water taxi) knew anything about it, so we were effectively stranded. It then cost us $50 to get back to our hotel. Not a great advertisement for Miami!

Not the best way to see Miami - We spent most of this tour driving in traffic. Our guide spoke English with a heavy accent and very quickly and was difficult to understand. We only stopped three times. Once was to take a photo of a Miami Beach sign, once was to see the Wynwood murals, but we only were given 15 minutes and the mural area requires a ticket and at least 30 minutes. And the third was in Little Havana, which was interesting, but we needed more time to explore. I think we had less than an hour. When we arrived back at Bayside to do the boat portion of tour four hours later, the guide just pointed us in the direction of the boat. We didn’t know what it was called and we didn’t yet have tickets. Fortunately, we found the counter and then had to wait an hour before the boat ride. The ride was nice, but very crowded, only an hour long, and again we couldn’t understand the guide. This was our 4th tour we have done with Viator and we did not find it to be nearly as organized, informative, or worth the cost as the three others.
