Great day - Visited the distillery during Christmas ( I believe it was the ‘customer appreciation day’) and the experience was brilliant! It’s well worth the visit of you are a whiskey fan or even if you’re into history and learning new things!

Best Old Fashioned + Top-Notch People - This was hands down the most unexpected highlight of my trip! Do the cocktail class and pray that you get Rory as the instructor. Easily the best Old Fashioned I've ever had and laughed the entire time.

Impressive tour of an impressive site. - I am a whiskey fan but my wife isn't but we both thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Middleton distillery. First of all, the moment you walk in the door, you're blown away with the impressive wall of whiskeys (with a little a surprise there when the tour starts). The place is impressive and very well designed, from the gift shop to the bar just beyond it. The tour itself was also very impressive. It was great to walk through the areas where it began and hear about how each step of the process happened. Our tour guide (my apologies but I don't remember his name) brought the tour to life and really made it interesting. After the tour, I did the premium tasting with Jill and she thoroughly explained each of the whiskeys I was tasting and made the experience a memorable one for me. It was really cool to sit up above the bar in a "special" tasting room. Well worth the extra money if you're interested in trying whiskeys you may not have tried before. I recommend this tour to anyone, even if you aren't a big whiskey fan.

Great tour and tasting - About a 2 hour highway drive from Kilkenny, the distillery is easy to locate. Fiona did an exceptional job with the tour showing all the facets of making the product, including a tasting at the end. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We also had a more specialized tasting with Ben who did a great job of explaining the various products. The cafe and bar also offered good service and selections.

Wonderful experience - Had a very nice and educational tour, highly recommended if you are near Cork, don't hesitate to visit there

Worth it! - Our guide (Aoife) was an expert on whiskies, the process of producing whiskies, and the history of Irish whiskies, which made our experience enjoyable.

Highly recommend this cocktail class - I would highly recommend the cocktail class. It was very interesting and great fun. The room looks really classy and gives a great buzz the moment you walk in to the room. It’s great to go on your own or in a group. Ben was our demonstrator on the day and his knowledge and great humour made the class. You won’t be disappointed choosing this class.

Midleton Distillery-a must ADD stop to your whiskey adventures - Midleton Distillery is an excellent choice of whiskey tours. Excellent environment and experience for novice brewers. Beautiful old distillery with equipment well preserved and managed.

Cool Cocktail class experience in a wonderful setting - It has been many years since i visited the distillery and it was great to see the recent upgrade and renovations. The setting for the cocktail class was a wonderful old converted room in the distillery and our mixologist Nessa was amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best parts was enjoying our creations afterwards in the bar downstairs next to the gift shop!
