Worth the money!!! - We opted for the apprentice tour as a special treat for my fathers 70th. ✅ The tour guide was fantastic, making the experience both educational and fun. ✅ We got to sample different types of Jameson, learning to appreciate the nuances in aroma and flavor. This was a real highlight for us. ✅ The tour was well-paced, with a mix of history, production insights, and hands-on elements. Whether you're a whiskey connoisseur or just curious, this tour is worth every cent. The combination of history, storytelling, and, of course, whiskey tasting makes it a standout experience in Midleton. Highly recommend! 🥃

Well worth a visit - Wonderful tour. Well worth a visit both from a historical and whiskey distillery point of view. Fabulous cafe there also for either before or after the tour.

Fabulous!!! - It’s fabulous. Very interesting and fluid visit. Very friendly guide, absolutely beautiful buildings. In short, everything was very beautiful and tasting appreciated by Monsieur, a little less by me, but I do not drink strong alcohol!;-) This is really a visit to make!

Redbreast tasting - We had a great redbreast tasting. Aoife was so knowledgeable and fun and gave so much history about redbreast and really helped us smell and taste all the different flavors. The birds nest is a beautiful tasting room.

Exceptional tour with Brian - My partner and I had the most exceptional Apprentice Tour with Brian! He was extremely knowledgeable, showed us around all the areas of the distillery grounds, shared a lot about the history of Midleton Distillery and never failed to answer any of our questions perfectly. We couldn't have wished for a better visit! Thank you

Whiskey at its best - this is a great whiskey tour , loved it . got to sample 3 whiskeys on the main tour and another 4 on the experience . The tour guide and the whiskey tasting specialist were really informative . Would highly recommend to anyone who likes whiskey .

Great day - Visited the distillery during Christmas ( I believe it was the ‘customer appreciation day’) and the experience was brilliant! It’s well worth the visit of you are a whiskey fan or even if you’re into history and learning new things!

Best Old Fashioned + Top-Notch People - This was hands down the most unexpected highlight of my trip! Do the cocktail class and pray that you get Rory as the instructor. Easily the best Old Fashioned I've ever had and laughed the entire time.

Impressive tour of an impressive site. - I am a whiskey fan but my wife isn't but we both thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Middleton distillery. First of all, the moment you walk in the door, you're blown away with the impressive wall of whiskeys (with a little a surprise there when the tour starts). The place is impressive and very well designed, from the gift shop to the bar just beyond it. The tour itself was also very impressive. It was great to walk through the areas where it began and hear about how each step of the process happened. Our tour guide (my apologies but I don't remember his name) brought the tour to life and really made it interesting. After the tour, I did the premium tasting with Jill and she thoroughly explained each of the whiskeys I was tasting and made the experience a memorable one for me. It was really cool to sit up above the bar in a "special" tasting room. Well worth the extra money if you're interested in trying whiskeys you may not have tried before. I recommend this tour to anyone, even if you aren't a big whiskey fan.
