Angelina, an enthusiastic food blogger and a member of the Mykonos Gastronomic Club, is dedicated to reviving forgotten Greek and Myconian recipes that highlight locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. In her interactive cooking class, Angelina will guide participants in mastering filo dough to create both savory and sweet dishes such as feta parcels with honey and sesame (or spanakopita!) and a simple baklava. Additionally, she will demonstrate how to prepare a main dish or salad.
While enjoying a small ouzo, either indoors or outdoors, participants will gain insights into Cycladic island gastronomy with Angelina’s expertise. She emphasizes the use of Mykonian produce and seafood freshly caught from the island’s waters. Relish an authentic home-cooked Greek meal, accompanied by wine, featuring meze, Greek salad, a main dish with vegetable sides, and dessert!
- For groups of 2-4, you will be hosted in Angelina’s Chora home, you have to walk for 5-10 minutes from the Sea Bus and/or taxi drop off to Angelina’s Chora home, it can be reached on foot only. For groups of 5+, return transportation to Angelina’s Lia home is included in the cost.
- Angelina is only available on Mykonos in the summer months, from May - October, and she has limited availability.
