• If you are arriving by cruise ship and are tendered or docked at the new port, we can arrange transportation for you at an additional cost.
• We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
• The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.

• If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
• Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.

• If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
