• Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship is not our responsibility, refund requests will not be accepted.
• Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the experience), will not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
• We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
• Kids under 5 years old are not accepted for safety reasons, refund requests will not be accepted.
• For everyone’s safety and comfort, please do not eat or drink on the bus/minivan, and keep your area tidy.
• We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/minivan.
• The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
• If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
• If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
• Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers
