We will personally transport you from your comfortable hotel to a unique agro-tourism farm. There, we’ll discover the secrets behind cocoa cultivation and the making of traditional Ecuadorian chocolate.

Next, we’ll whip up a scrumptious, homemade lunch and enjoy it as a group.
Upon concluding the tour, we will provide private transportation back to your hotel.

Get out of Guayaquil and see the countryside - Wonderful visit to a family-owned farm to see the cacao growing/chocolate making process from start to finish. We toured the orchards seeing not only cacao but many other fruit and nut trees, trying fresh samples along the way. Following that, we followed and participated in the chocolate making process, from fermenting the cacao, to drying and shelling the beans to grinding and finally processing to chocolate. We topped the day off with a delicious lunch. The owners of the farm were engaged, and happy we were there. The tour guides were professional, helpful with the translations, and made the day a very memorable one.

DELICIOUS!! roasted cocoa beans with crushed macadamia nut and panela - A very complete tour, full of fruits and chocolate. I met how chocolate is made. My favorite part of the tour was to try the combination of roasted cocoa beans, with crushed macadamia nut and panela AND ALL COLLECTED ON THE SAME ESTATE, You must try them!! At the end of the tour we tasted a typical lunch very delicious cooked in clay pot a very nice experience just one hour from Guayaquil, Recommended!!

Cocoa beans to chocolate bars! - The most fun part of the experience was that the cocoa farmer/chocolate maker was actually enjoying showing us his farm, with various other fruits and surprises to taste besides cocoa. We. Got to be involved in every process involved in the making of chocolate! The lunch, prepared by his wife, was very good. All in all, well worth the money spent!

Way above expectations - This was excellent. We experienced way more than just a chocolate farm, we learned about and tasted many local fruits and vegetables, learned about, tasted and actually made the chocolate, the lunch served was delicious and Javeth was an excellent tour guide who was very easy to understand. We have traveled extensively and this experience makes it to the top
