Got to see lake Cuomo on the way too. Worth the day if you have the time - My son and I went and it was everything he wanted and anticipated. I can’t remember the tour guide, bald tall guy who spoke English and Spanish was brilliant.

Beautiful Switzerland! - Switzerland was amazing. For some reason I had no idea there was so much travel on the bus! It makes sense but I wasn’t expecting it. The train in Switzerland was great. The tour guide was excellent.

Unforgettable - The tour starts at 07:15 and ends at 20:30 approximately. We passed through several places, with stops and then the train ride. Start for upcoming trips.

This was a great site... - This was a great site seeing train ride into Switzerland. Did not expect the 2hour bus ride but it had some great sites to see as well. The guide did not provide any information on the train ride would of liked to know what we were looking at.

Beautiful tour - St Moritz is a very nice little town. The train ride was gorgeous. A bit of a bus ride to and from, but the scenery was so nice that it passed quickly. Sadly, the tour guide we had was not great. Disorganized, left people behind on occasion, didn't do a good job of informing us as to schedule, expectations, meeting times etc. But she was was knowledgeable.

Cramped, Crowded, and Just Not Worth the Hassle - I was really looking forward to this train experience, but it ended up being one of the most uncomfortable and exhausting days of my trip. To start, there was a 2.5-hour bus ride each way just to get to and from the train—not something I had fully realized ahead of time, and that’s on me. But even so, the overall experience just didn’t feel worth it. On the train itself, while every passenger technically had a seat, we were packed in so tightly that it felt claustrophobic. There was no room to stretch out or even breathe comfortably. What made it worse was the constant disruption—several women kept jumping up to take photos, often leaning across or into other people’s space with no consideration. It was nearly impossible to relax or enjoy the ride with phones and elbows flying around every few minutes. The scenery might have been stunning, but the discomfort and chaos completely overshadowed it. Between the long bus rides, the cramped conditions, and the lack of courtesy from fellow passengers, the whole day just felt painful. I wouldn’t do it again, and I’d recommend others think twice—especially if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic journey.

The biggest issue was... - The biggest issue was lack of information that was accurate about the experience. First it was with lots of people. Second it was on a bus for most of the time and train less of the time. Third, there was not a lot of opportunities to get food or drink. Fourth, they didn’t even drop you back off at your hotel. To be fair, it’s not the easiest to get to st moritz from Milan. However, based on the other travel, which was not really desired we may have rethought how to get there or get a private car. The bus was required to stop for 30 min so the driver could take a legally required break. They picked us up at 6:15 to only wait around and have to be ready by 7:45 at the bus at a train station. We could have just gone there. It was over 13 hour day. The alps were beautiful and the train ride was cool. That stuff was worth it. Find another way to get to st moritz.

A complete disaster - I was given a meet up point by this tour operator to be there by 7:30am. I was at the meet up point at 7am and waited until 7:30am and not one other person was there. On my excursion voucher there is an address for a different meet up point 3 km away at the tourist center in Milan. I taxied over there quickly to make sure and I was told that a tour just left. Not sure that is the tour but there was nobody at the original site at 7:30am. I tried to contact Monica-Zani Viaggi that morning to confirm with no success. So not sure where the hell I was supposed to be but all I know is that there was not clear communication on the tours part on where to be. I was given 2 separate locations. The trip of a lifetime was a complete disaster. I feel the tour guides directions were conflicting and I missed what was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I am completely heartbroken over the lack of communication with someone on foreign soil trying to figure out where to be. There was NOT one other person at that meet up point at 7:30 am. I was depressed the entire day thinking about what I missed out on. A once in my lifetime opportunity. I’m heartbroken to say the least and certainly will tell anyone asking about my trip to stay away from this excursion. Find a different tour group that actually cares about the foreigners they are dealing with. And I reached out several times times the morning of to make sure I was at the correct location and there was no response. I’m heartbroken I missed out. Never again and no good recommendations from this traveler. What a disappointment.
