Very glad we chose this train ride! - Everyone should experience this train ride at least once in their lifetime. The scenery is stunning with the snow caps.

Spectacular journey! OH... - Spectacular journey! The bus went straight first in St. Moritz and from there we took the train. Weather in St. Moritz is a little short, but gave to walk a little and have lunch. The train ride is fantastic, better I passed that I've ever done in life. With views of the snowy mountains and the cities on the way. Best experience of my life.

A great experience not to be missed - Picked up the bus in Milan and we was off - beautiful scenery all the way To st moritz - then some free time to explore. Back to the station to experience a magical winter wonderland through the alps - it was the best day.

Bernina Express Tour - The trip was not clear. We actually had to take a long bus ride up to St. Moris, and after a short sta of about 1.5 hours had to race down to the trail for its departure The trail had windows for the view, but half the passengers had to sit on isle seats, so thier views were very restricted. Too crowded and many upset by test restrictions and other passanger rudeness.. not worth the money especially if you did not get a good window seat.

This tour guide was hard... - This tour guide was hard to understand due to his way of facing away from the group. When we arrived in St. Moritz he took of walking and left behind a group of elderly people. He never took into account the needs of the costumers.

Not happy - We were picked up by car at 6.15am then driven to bus but left to stand until 8am before boarding. The tour guide did not introduce herself and 14 hours later we still do not know here name. She had a very strong accent and could not understand her English which was only 1 minutes each time then 5 minutes in Italian or Spanish, this happened the entire trip. She was not informative obout different areas or any history about the places we passed only when it suited her, when not talking to the guests she talked continuously to the drive ( who was excellent) but distracting. Also she put on her make-up and was constantly on her phone watching FB, YouTube or WhatsApp, this went in the entire trip. We know this as she sat infront seat near door and we sat one row back from behind driver and could see her constantly. After about 2 and 1/2 hours we stopped at a road side cafe and told we gave 1/2 hour for coffee, food and toilet, unfortunately there was another bus there and we stood in the queue for 20 minutes. Also the men’s toilet was dirty with no paper. We left half our coffee to be back on time and she was rude to some guests because they were a few minutes late. Onto St Moritz again very little dialogue about the area and extremely hard to understand. Arriving at St. Moritz we were told we had 1 and 1/2 hours to eat, look around the town etc then meet to catch the Bernina Express train, many guests were not happy. The train trip was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it, but again minimum dialogue. Back on the bus a five minute drive to Tirana to see a church, again she told us 15 minutes, it took 5 minutes to walk to the church, she was very abrupt. The bus trip back to Milano again she spent must of the time in her phone, unfortunately there was an accident and we were in a tunnel for 30 minutes, finally back at where we boarded bus around 7.50pm. We asked how we get back to our hotel and she abruptly said walk or catch train. Not happy. This was not a pleasant experience like the two other tours we did with you in Milano which were terrific especially our trip to Lake Como and Lugano with guide Sara who was excellent. Even now 14 hours later we still do not know her name. I feel she needs lessons in public relations and to be more professional. We know this revue will not be published, but feel we needed to tell you our experience.

Spectacular trip but disappointing customer service - The trip is excellent. Views and the train journey is spectacular. However I would not use the same tour operator again.

Not a good provider and tour leader! - The meeting point should include,"opposite the apple statue".As a tourist i had to go around the Central Station looking for Zani viaggi bus stop. I will not recommend this provider.

Never again! - Bad experience, I would never recommend it to anyone. Despite having bought the tickets for the first class carriage, it was never possible to get on as they were super full, after waiting for two trains we still decided to get on, but the controller never passed and we had to stand without even enjoying the journey. On the way back it was worse because we were standing in the entrance area of the car with bicycles blocking the bathroom doors, people sitting on the floor and crowded. We wrote to the company that sold us the tickets and they did not give a damn about it, justifying that the trip is comparable to a regional.... shame that in the regionals are not sold first class tickets at a higher cost. I strongly advise against buying the ticket with ADRASTEA VIAGGI because, despite having requested a partial and not total refund of the tickets as I recognize that I still used the train to move even if in poor condition, they did nothing to meet us.
