Great, easy and interesting tour of the Duomo - We had a great tour of the Duomo, our guide Simon was very experienced. He knew the best order to see the Duomo given we went in June (so it was hot). The meeting place was easy to find as well as our guide. He kept the tour interesting and provided information that kept our kids (8yr, 14yr & 16 yrs) interested. He answered all our questions as well. I would recommend a tour with Simon to friends!

Our guide was very... - Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I have done this tour in the past and learned a variety of new things I did not know before. My biggest advice is to add that the meeting location is at the bookstore. Not in front of the church.

Amazing Milan experience! - The private duomo tour with Fabio was a very big highlight of our time in Milan. Totally private and fast entry points everywhere made the massive crowds and almost 100 degree heat manageable. Fabio was amazing, both knowledgeable and charming. We could have listened to him all day. He was also so considerate and helpful. The Duomo is a must see in Milan and this tour is the way to go!

Duomo and rooftop - This tour is a must. Mayra was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable. The roof top tour part was amazing but would be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Great Tour - Excellent tour of the Duomo. The tour guide was knowledgeable. Only suggestion is for the guide to have a flag letting participants know location. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Perfect Evening in a Magical Place - Absolutely perfect experience! Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Duomo and Milan. We moved efficiently around the property and were so happy we opted for this guided tour. The restroom situation is odd. The public-access toilets on the side of the Duomo are convenient and cost two Euros and are some of the only options. Wonderful tour!!

A must-do for visitors to the Duomo - Our guide, Massimo, is engaging and super informative. He was very generous with his time, and shared both historic and fun facts. We could tell he is passionate about his work and his city. This duomo tour - especially the terraces - is an absolute must for visitors to Milano. Our tour was in Italian, and Hidden Experiences reached out to me to be sure that I didn’t make a mistake and book in the wrong language. Communication from booking to the date of the tour was excellent. We were fortunate to have a great guide and a perfect day. From the rooftop we could see all the way to the Alps! Highly recommend.

The tour started from the... - The tour started from the rooftop of cathedral and then go inside. With a child was difficult but the tour guide was very kind and helpful. The cathedral was beautiful.

I was at the meeting... - I was at the meeting place 20 minutes earlier than I needed to be. I could not find the tour group. I tried calling the number on my confirmation and no one picked up. I ended up buying my own ticket to enter the Duomo. Very disappointed that I had no way to find or even contact the tour group leader.
