- Castello Sforzesco - During the Renaissance, it served as the residence of Milan’s Duke Ludovico Sforza. Leonardo worked here initially as a military and civil engineer, later becoming an artist. He painted the frescoed ceiling of the “Sala delle Asse,” blending naturalistic depiction with strong symbolism.
- Santa Maria delle Grazie - This church is one of Italy’s most beautiful, exemplifying late Gothic architecture in Milan. Built by the Dominicans between 1463-1482, Leonardo da Vinci painted the renowned mural “The Last Supper” in the monks’ refectory from 1495-1498.
- Chiesa di San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore - This hidden gem is a magnificent Renaissance church, constructed in 1503 based on Giovanni Giacomo Dolcebuono’s design. It houses numerous frescoes and paintings, earning it the nickname “Sistine Chapel of Milan.”
- Imperial Palace Maximian - Behind the Marchesi 1824 pastry shop on Corso Magenta lie the ruins of the Roman Imperial Palace in Milan, where Emperor Maximian resided in 286 A.D.
- Banca d’Italia - Located in the heart of Milan’s “Wall Street,” this beautiful palace was built in 1907, designed by architects Luigi Broggi (1861-1926) and Cesare Nava (1861-1933), inspired by the architecture of the Vittoriano in Rome.
- Pinacoteca Ambrosiana - This gallery features an exhibition of drawings from the Codex Atlanticus, the largest collection of Leonardo’s drawings.
- Via Torino - Known as the “affordable” shopping street.
- Ospedale Maggiore Ca’ Granda Universita Statale - Milan’s first hospital, founded in 1456 by Francesco Sforza, now serves as the main site of the State University.
-
Duomo di Milano - (Viewed from via Larga)
With a length of 515 ft (157 meters) and a width of 302 ft (92 m), the Duomo di Milano ranks among the largest Catholic churches globally. The site was previously occupied by the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio. In 838, the Basilica di Santa Tecla was established next to the first church, but both were devastated by a fire in 1075. A few centuries later, the Duomo was constructed on the same site, with its construction beginning in 1386.

Perfect introduction to Milan - We just got back from a wonderful tour of Milan with Luca in the fabulous red vintage Fiat. As we were travelling throughout the city, many people waved and loved seeing the Fiat which created a great atmosphere. Luca stopped for us to walk around and made sure we got lots of photo's. So knowledgeable and we shared lots of laughs. My daughter and I are only in Milan for 2 days so this was the perfect way to get lots of history in just 2 hours and also a dinner recommendation! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Luca and if you're short on time it's the perfect introduction to Milan.

Good tour! Tiny car - It’s a very very tiny car, just be advised, but it was still awesome! There’s no way it would hold three and be even remotely comfortable as it was I had to sit sideways.
If your good with that it is a fantastic tour and Luca was so nice!

The 3-hour vintage Fiat... - The 3-hour vintage Fiat 500 tour in Milan was an unforgettable experience! Cruising through the city’s charming streets in this classic car felt like stepping back in time. The vehicle was well-maintained and incredibly fun to ride. A huge shoutout to Mr. Luca, our fantastic guide and driver, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories about Milan’s history and culture. He made the entire journey enjoyable.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and memorable way to explore the city!

Fun Adventure! - We were in a tiny 1971 Fiat with an open moonroof, zipping around Milan. Great fun! We got to see most of the must-see places, if not all. Seats were comfy though there was little legroom in the backseat. Our guide, Luca, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

FIAT EXPERIENCE - Our guide Luca picked us up from our apartment and over the next hr showed us round the city of Milan in his historic red fiat. Luca never stopped chatting and is very knowledgeable about Milan, infact I never knew Milan used to be filled with canals like Venice. My boys are car mad and without doubt this was the highlight of our trip.
Luca and his red fiat 10/10

Must-Do When In Milan - I booked this tour for my parents. Since they were new to the city, they could not find the tour start location. The organisers were really sweet and rescheduled it for the next day, and I am very grateful for that.
The next day's tour was amazing and my parents had an amazing time. The Fiat driver was sweet, helpful, and cheerful and my parents had a very nice conversation throughout the trip. It was the most memorable activity during their Milan trip and I will recommend this to others as well.
Thank you for such a good tour.
