The only way to see the Duomo - The Duomo is always busy, always crowded and yet so much to see and understand. A private tour makes it accessible, Elise was full of knowledge and the skip the line was a huge time saver. We could have spent hours. Well worth the money.

Private Tour! - Enjoyed the private experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable. I would recommend it. You get to see the rooftop, the church, the underground, and walk through gallaria mall and end outside the theatre.

Amazing Duomo tour - The tour was very well planned and how we moved through this large building. The amount of detail our guide gave us regarding the architecture and symbolism was beyond expectations. She gave us so much detail and was so thorough. We had an amazing time! Not the Tour We Paid For – Poor Customer Support - While our tour guide, Daniella, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—this review is about the experience and lack of follow-through from the tour provider. We booked and paid for fast-track access to both the Duomo and the Duomo terraces. While we were fast-tracked into the Duomo itself, we did NOT receive fast-track access to the terraces, which was a major part of the tour we selected and confirmed in advance. This significantly affected our experience. We reached out to Support immediately, but received no response whatsoever—no apology, no explanation, no resolution. For the price and promises made, this was completely unacceptable. Daniella deserves 5 stars, but the tour organization and support get 1 star—because 0 stars isn’t an option.
