• Via Aosta - Experience an exclusive Italian cooking session in a genuine Milanese home, hosted by a professional Italian chef who is both born and resides in Italy. This is a private event, not a cooking school or group class, tailored specifically for you and your guests.

Prior to the session, the menu will be selected collaboratively, based on your personal tastes and preferences. Choose from a variety of options such as fresh handmade pasta, risotto, pizza, traditional Italian sauces, classic desserts, or other Italian delicacies. The menu is always personalized and confirmed in advance.

Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed into an authentic Milanese home with a small Italian aperitivo. The experience is entirely hands-on, as you cook alongside the chef, learning genuine Italian techniques, tips, and traditions in a relaxed and intimate setting.

At the conclusion of the session, everyone gathers at the table to savor the dishes prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee, just as in a true Italian home. After the class, participants receive a digital recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home.
