It is an all day... - It is an all day experience. The chance to visit just a bit Switzerland was nice. There was plenty of time for me to walk around and see the highlights of each place. I particularly enjoyed the boat ride.

The best trip ever made together Alice the guide - A beautiful trip, the guide Alice very friendly and stents to everything you wondered, the choker Claus handled very well and quiet an experience that was never forgotten

Como and Bellagio were amazing. - Loved it. Lugano wasn’t much after being in Bellagio and Como but it may have been the time of day. Other than that last hour at Lugano, rest of the trip was lovely. Highly recommend.

Great Combo day - A great combo day of Lugano and Como.
I recommend that instead of turning us loose in Como at the end of the day and just meet back at the bus pick up in 45 mins, please offer to meet back in the center of town (where we parted) and walk us back to bus. I had only 8% left on my cell battery and had to go straight back to bus instead of enjoying Como.

Great if you’re short on time - Good value if you’re short on time. Very large tour group and long day as the tour ran close to 11 hours. Our guide was very informative. We had radios to listen to her as she guided us to the meeting points but they would cut out often. Como was lovely but we arrived so early not many places were open so not much to do other than walk around. Bellagio was beautiful as was the boat ride. Would have loved more time in Lugano as we only had an hour. Even though it was small I still felt rushed.

The tour guide was very... - The tour guide was very knowledgeable and as we were going round lake Como via bus and boat he was giving us history and facts about different places. However, I would not say that this was a guided tour as Como no longer allows tour groups of more than 20 people to have a guided tour and as there was 60 of us it meant that we were shown the meeting point at each location and then left to do whatever we wanted until it was time to get back on the coach/bus. Everywhere round lake Como and Lugano was beautiful and I would like to revisit these places. It was also more of an 11 hour tour than 9 hours as it says in the description.
