Amazing trip - Had a fantastic trip with tour guide Anna and driver Antonio. Anna was very informative and friendly, so many stunning views, and very well organised/efficient - 100% recommend to anyone staying in Milan.

Wonderful experience - Simply wonderful, the visit to Como is unique, the tour of the lake is wonderful and upon finishing in Lugano simply exceptional. Our guide Jussie was very attentive to give us both historical information and current information of the different places, as well as recommendations of typical dishes and where to eat in Bellagio, combined the tour with humor and laughter.

It’s a full day of... - It’s a full day of touring to get a taste of many venues. Well worth it for a scouting trip on where to go concentrate a vacation next time. She was very punctual and kept a group of 20 on task. She gave the option to stay with her tour or go on your own. Totally recommend if you want to get a splash of the stops. Would definitely plan another concentrated vacation to that region.
The reduced sized of 20 is a good benefit.

Ricardo is the best! Great tour and experience! - Ricardo was THE best! Not only was he funny and knowledgeable but we had an awesome time! The tour was well paced and despite the rain we felt the love and passion from Ricardo. He even went above and beyond to search travel arrangements and made sure we had what we needed to make our late night flight! The only thing we regret is not getting a picture with the best tour guide ever!
This was something, both my partner and I, didn’t know what to expect but it was a great time and we enjoyed exploring the cities with great recommendations to look forward to in each city from Ricardo!

Best tour we took on our Italy trip - Amazing experience. Our tour guide, Amato, was the best! Very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. Vincenzo, our driver, made sure we had a safe drive and adjusted the bus speed several times to ensure we got the best pictures from the bus. I travelled with a 4 year old and I was initially worried about taking this tour with my little one because very few tour companies take kids but everyone was amazing, helping us with him and having his stroller ready for us to use around this city. We really had the best time and would recommend this tour to everyone, it was one of the best days in our trip. Thank you!!!

So much beauty in 1 day. - It was great to experience so much in one day. No worry about transport or waiting in lines. Was very well organized and timely. Our guide Laura was very nice and personable even when dealing with other guests that were not ontime.
The private group boat was so much better then the ferry ride. Must do trip with this tour and Laura!

Long but interesting tour - Long day, bus in the morning not easy to find (multiple tours leaving from the same place). Unfortunately an heavy rainy day, but still enjoyed the boat tour.

Glorified Bus Driver - Guide was friendly enough, but horrible at enforcing meeting times (at 3 stops we had to consistently wait for groups to come back), which resulted in us getting stuck in afternoon traffic and arriving back in Milan 1-1.5h late.
Can definitely work on being more informative, as we found more use out of the daytrip getting us from point a to point b, rather than the commentary provided.
For example, she would point out a villa owned by George Clooney, but wasn’t specific on which side of the bus or what it looked like at all. Radios provided were also bad quality, which made listening into what she had to say quite difficult.
