Amazing and unforgettable trip - Most memorable we experienced when we riding a boat going around the lake como...and drop by in Bellagio Town to have some lunch...and met an Australian couple even they're on the 70's and 80's still able to travel all around Europe....very nice people

A great intro to the Lake Area - The whole experience was so well organized Plenty of time to explore on your own. A great introduction to the lake area with a multi-linguistic guide and a professional driver for a worry free trip.

Good value for money - Great excursion. They really did their best and put a lot of effort. You get to see Lake Como, Lugano and Bellagio. I would recommend it.

Scenic drive and trip to... - Scenic drive and trip to Lake Como and Bellagio were upgraded and also visited Lugarno in Switzerland. Would have been good to get some info on the history of the place, local information about Italy , culture etc on the long full day bus tour.

Legendary lake tour - Lake Como was a fabulous experience along with the visit to Bellagio. The added experience of Lugano made the trip too long.
It would have been nice to hear more history of these places through the earphones instead of researching before and after.

Last minutes upgrade??? - Viator “upgraded” the trip at the last minute and one of our family members did not bring her passport with her so we had to miss the upgraded section of the trip to Switzerland. We also had to book our own travel back to Milan

Not our scheduled excursion - We were “upgraded” to a different excursion. Although we were interested in traveling to Lugano on a different excursion, we went on this excursion which was Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano. Our guide had very little to say. He was also sneezing and blowing his nose the entire excursion. Just what you want is to be exposed to someone all day who is sick while you are on vacation. We were given a whole 35 minutes to explore Lake Como, 1 hr to have lunch in Bellagio, and then an hour and a half in Lugano. We had selected the other excursion because we wanted to spend more time in the locations we had selected. I would have preferred that our excursion be canceled and rescheduled for another day.
