Perfection - This was a perfect way to spend a day. Don't let the length of the overall tour intimidate you. Quite a bit is travel time and you can nap, read, or watch the scenery. It's not like 12 hours of walking. The private tour boat was the highlight.

Amazing and smooth experience - I don't understand all the one-star reviews. Thank goodness we didn't give those negative reviews much weight or else we would be MISSING OUT on this amazing bus + boat experience.
There is no easier way to get around Lake Como than this tour. The bus takes you directly from Milan. Then there is a boat that takes you to Bellagio.
Soooooo happy we didn't do the train!

Long day of driving - It was a beautiful day on the water and in Bellagio. I was not impressed with Como as when the guide took us was very touristy. Overall, he was very informative. Just remember when you’re booking this tour it is a total of 10 hours of which five are spent on the bus. Long day.

We missed the private... - We missed the private boat due to traffic. We ended up on the ferry both ways so we only had a short time on the island. Our tour guide claimed to no understand English so asking questions seemed almost a moot point. Probably one of the most disappointing aviator tours I have done.

Mixed day out to a beautiful location - Bellagio was fantastic as was cruise and the trip up there but the 2 hour trip from Bellagio to Como was long and not very scenic with lots of tunnels and Como city wasn’t anything special. Most disappointing was our tour guide. She chatted incessantly with the driver but only gave out the odd detail about places of interest.

Disappointing Lake Como trip - Actually, very disappointed in this day. Way too much time on a bus, and not enough time seeing meaningful sights in the Lake Como area. Presented as a "private" boat, yet it was a large commercial boat with 75 people on board, only 1 bathroom and a bar that wasn't open. Also, we had less than one hour of cruising the lake with minimal valuable commentary by the Tour Guide. Then a 2 HOUR bus ride to Como City, primarily to find a place to buy a drink so we could use their bathroom since our guide told us there were not any public bathrooms. If you are looking for a small group tour and plenty of time on Lake Como, this is NOT the tour for you.
