Pure art - We meet at the entrance door, always with prior ticket purchase otherwise it is not possible. Entering the compound and seeing such a work of art is moving.

Last Supper Tour - What a great experience. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and friendly. Having all that extra info made it so much more interesting.

Last Supper Small group tour - Just did the Last Supper small group tour with Crown Tours , I cannot recommend them highly enough! Their communication , directions and tour guide were just fabulous, made the whole process very easy and we enjoyed it very much, 10/10

Great tour - Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the details of the painting described by our guide. We feel lucky and fortunate to have been on this tour as tickets are hard to come by.

Once in a lifetime - Really knowledgeable tour guide, giving lots of info about the circumstances of the painting. The time inside viewing is limited, which we knew, but it goes very fast. Well worth seeing.

Last Supper - Tour meet up was easy to find. Tour began promptly. Tour guide was ok. When she had things to talk about with pics on her iPad, she didn’t walk around the group to show it. Also, an elderly couple entered for viewing with our group. When the gentleman attempted to ask a question of her, she was very curt and, I felt, rude. I understand that he wasn’t part of the tour group, but it could have been handled a bit more courteous manner.

Loved seeing The Last Supper, but............ - Seeing The Last Supper was amazing! Our tour guide did a great job explaining what we were seeing. But...........I was so stressed before the experience that it took away from the overall experience. The time on our print out was for 3:15 and it was stressed that we had to be on time or else risking not getting in. Well........I thought that the time printed on my confirmation was for seeing the painting. No, it was for meeting your tour people! They were late and I couldn't find anyone except others that were as stressed as I was! When someone finally came, we found it wasn't our tour time; our tour time was for 3:45! Of course, we got there 45 minutes before the 3:15 time so that we would not be late! And to add to our stress, we were told on the reservation that we had to turn in our voucher (not ticket) at a different location before the 3:15 time so that we could get our tickets!! We could not find where to go to redeem the vouchers and get our tickets! This was totally unacceptable for visitors who are unfamiliar with Milan! I was totally overwhelmed when finally a guy showed up and said he had our tickets! He was not our guide; just the one checking us in. This entire experience before the actual viewing could have been handled so much better! No where on the reservation did it say the 3:15 was just for meeting; not for viewing! And to ask us to redeem our vouchers at a different location was ridiculous! I am thankful that our guide was good and that we got in to see The Last Supper, but I would not use this company again as the entire process could have been so much better.

Interesting and informative Tour - It’s absolutely worth the visit and our tour guide was really competent and the informations we got on the tour were quite interesting. English is not my first language, but the tour guide was easy to understand.

Tour Cancelled! - Was in Milan for 1 day and thrilled to get a ticket for the Last Supper. Sadly, the local tour company cancelled my ticket just hours before the tour-still unclear if the reason….a glitch in the system that allowed the tour to be over sold or there was no tour guide avail able. They were polite and apologetic. Offered a tour for the following day but I was not going to be there! I received a full refund after contacting Trip Advisor.
