Become skilled in crafting authentic Milanese dishes and traditional Italian cuisine, and enjoy a unique pasta-making class in Milan led by a seasoned and charismatic chef.

Learn to create exquisite traditional dishes: ravioli, fresh tagliatelle, and even a gelato-making demonstration (ingredients vary with the seasons). Measure, mince, mix, and stir, then take a moment to enjoy a glass of wine. Once everything is prepared, sit down with a fine glass of wine and savor the best Italian meal ever: the one you crafted yourself in the heart of Milan.

• Menu varies slightly according to the season but will generally include hand-made pasta, pasta sauces, cheese fondue and a dessert.
• Vegetarians and/or those suffering from intolerance and/or allergies are more than welcome: vegetarian and other alternative recipes are available and included (advance notice is appreciated).
