Milan - Sylvia was our guide and she did a great job. Very knowledgeable and personable,
As for the office side. They were a challenge in responding to a partial cancellation of a booking. Not sure I will book with them again.

Sylvia was a very good... - Sylvia was a very good guide. The only STRONG recommendation I have is that they tour company needs to either provide water to make it easily available to purchase. We had one young man experience heat stroke and had to drop out of the tour because of the hot day, full sun and NO WATER for hours.

Great way to experience highlights of Milan in just three hours - So thrilled to see The Last Supper and Duomo. Our Guide, Laura B, was an expert on art history and architecture so it was a pleasure to listen to her commentary. After the Da Vinci she took us into the church itself, which is beautiful. Then we were taken to some hidden spots in Milan, before ending up in the cathedral, with time to enjoy itself.

You need a tour like this... - You need a tour like this to gain quick no queue access to last supper and duomo. Guide was knowledgeable and informative. But the guide needs microphone on a headband so they do not have to hold it to mouth manually in order for them to be heard clearly.

Outstanding tour of Milan, the Duomo and The Last Supper - Our tour guide, Catya, is an Art historian, and really knows her stuff! She was very knowledgeable about da Vinci’s The Last Supper, and shared all kinds of fascinating information with us! She took us around Milan, and shared with us the history, showed us some archeological ruins, explained the current architecture of Milan, took us to several churches to share the artwork in them, and then to the Duomo. We ran out of time and had to catch a train-we could have stayed even longer!

Disappointed - Definitely not the religious experience we expected. Would not recommend this tour, not worth the money. Spent too much time at the ‘finger statue’ (that was not even mentioned in the description as part of the tour) The tour guides personal perspectives were negative at the Duomo.
