Walks in Milan - We had a wonderful day with Lara! Excellent! Our 12 yo boy enjoyed it a lot and didn’t get bored during 4 hours. Everything is perfectly organized. We learned a lot of interesting things and laughed a lot.

Lara with Walks did a... - Lara with Walks did a fantastic job good helping up enter into appreciation of the true brilliance of Da Vinci. Her love for the city of Milan is evident in everything that she says, whether about Milan’s ancient, medieval, Baroque, or modern era. She helped us to love the city even more and offered great recommendations on how to enjoy the entire city by guiding us through the smaller section of the tour.

Highly Recommend Skip the Line Tour - This tour was well worth every penny! We were very lucky to have Lara as our tour guide! She did an impressive job of imparting information and staying on schedule! Lara was engaging, pleasant and willing & able to answer all questions! The skip the line parts of this tour were very helpful especially because it was a very hot day! My husband & I both felt we learned a lot about Milan in a short amount of time. Seeing The Last Supper & the Milan Duomo up close was wonderful! Again, Lara was an amazing tour guide!
The only thing I would add is that when we arrived at the meeting spot there were many other people meeting many other tour guides. This was a bit confusing for everyone. My advice is to look for a person holding a green Trip Advisor bag & check in there with your ticket/confirmstion. Book Now59

A fair amount of walking.... - A fair amount of walking. Glad we did it in the morning before it got really hot due to a heat wave. Definitely worth doing the Best of Milan tour. Very good and friendly tour guide.

Last supper was great. The restaurant was very fast - Laura was a great tour guide but the tour was un fast forward. Acter seeing the last summer we had very little time (5 minutes) to see the first church. The walk to Duomo was OK.. inside Duomo another maybe 10 minutes then we were left to continue exploring our own.

Average tour at best, would look for other options - we had purchased this tour about three months prior to the actual date. About two months ago we received some message stating that they can no longer get us tickets to the Last Supper viewing. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of this tour. Of course, they state it was some policy change and therefore they could not obtain tickets. we ended up going to the church right next to where the Last Supper was and our tour guide provided a little bit of a verbal description however no visual aids were utilized to explain anything about the Last Supper. Sylvia was our guide and she was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information.
we also walked through the city to the nearby castle, which was a very brief walk-through with some history provided. We then proceeded to walk to the galleria. We passed by the La Scala theater however it was far in the distance. We did not go inside The theater. We ended up walking through the galleria, where she gave a little bit more history, and then finally ending up at the Duomo. Overall, I probably would’ve selected a different tour, knowing what I know now. It was just OK but certainly not one of our favorite tours of our trip. I would say recommending to spend your money elsewhere.

BEWARE! Bait and Switch. No full refund. - Booked this tour to see Last Supper Painting since we had group of 6. Unbeknownst to me Viator cancelled that part of the tour and by the time I learned of it, the day of, to late to reschedule. Afterwards, they refused to offer full refund even though the title of the tour had the Last Supper. Bait and switch.
I will be filing a small claim against them in U.S. since Viator is U.S. company.
Very disappointed in them. Will not use them again. I would not trust them if I were you.
