Perfect City Tour - The tour was a perfect mix of history and anecdotes about the sights visited. All of the major city landmarks and many districts were highlighted. Our tour guide, Chiara, was extremely well informed and used humor to keep us engaged and energized.

A fun and informative tour. - We so enjoyed our best of Milan tour on 4/20. All the sites were beautiful. However, what made the tour great was our guide, Kara. I might be getting her name wrong, but she was a delight. She kept us laughing while at the same time giving us so much in-depth information. A big thanks to her.

Fastest 6 hour tour ever - 6 hour tour felt like it flew by. Chiara was an amazing tour guide, full of energy, passion, humor, and historical information. Our group was fun and engaged , they asked many questions and shared personal info on previous trips/tours and their home cities. The first church, San Maurizio Monastery was the big surprise, spectacular story and frescos were outstanding. Of course The Last Supper was stunning (miraculously not damaged in WWII) and the Duomo was gorgeous.

Stressful - While you get what is stated in tour -it is not in any way scheduled as the itinerary states! First they are very insistent you be at the meeting point at 9:15 - the meeting point - is directly outside the metro stop but does not have an address on it- they refer to it as a bar- it is a cafe and they don’t provide the exact name- I know this sounds very picky but as it is very difficult to get tickets for “Last Supper” it is stressful when you know you may blow it and also very easily addressed! The number of the cafe is not on the building anywhere and when we asked a cab driver he wasn’t sure either. Furthermore, the guide did not arrive until 9:30- there was a large group of us all somewhat anxious -were we in the right location??? Show up earlier perhaps at 9:00 with a sign and or flag- to decrease issues and stress. The printed itinerary states 9:30 - you will go see “Last Supper” that was not the case- I understand how difficult these tickets are to get , we went at 2 pm- however if people with limited mobility think that they will go see it and then return to hotel- they will be disappointed. We then went back to Duomo where we toured until our 11 am appointment in the Duomo- there was also a lot of going between streetcar and subway which was in no way guides fault but just irritating. We then walked back to original starting point with stops to see things, which were lovely- and then break for 45 mins for lunch in front of “ Last Supper” which we saw at 2 pm. Then walked back to train station visiting Szora castle- as I was in no means the oldest this was a lot of walking, back and forth- not a problem for me but for others it was. This should be mentioned. - and as they know the times of entry to the major events- Duomo and Last supper they could easily send out the week before the scheduled walk as well as a proper site for meeting. I’ve traveled extensively and am very organized and like to have more organization in plans- I also realize that accidents- transport issues occur but basic outline is definitely a nice touch! Our guide was excellent and sights were wonderful- The Last Supper was on my bucket list so I definitely enjoyed, however the stress involved in pickup and change would have made a nice day an AMAZING day if they had been addressed.

Too long for what it needs or should be… - The tour guide was knowledgeable when she had something to talk about … the tour was 3.5 hours more than it should have been! We walked the long way to everything with absolutely nothing to see of interest during those longer than needed walks!. What it made it worse was it was raining pretty hard most of the time.
