Lots of stairs down - We took elevator to rooftop. Beautiful views up there. I think it was 240 steps down and not a lot of railing. My legs were wobbly when we got down. Not sure if there is a way to come down by elevator. Didn’t see one. Inside the Duomo was beautiful!

Great way to see Milan - Great way to see Milan; we managed three of the four routes in a day, stopping different places. Blue and Yellow best for me. Regenerated area of Milan, on Blue line, really interesting and vibrant looking.

Good experience - Milan is a big city and since we were staying there for a few days, it was a practical way to see most of the city in a few hours. We bought the tickets online, buses were there on time. We took the bus from the stop near Parc Sempione.

To visit Milan when you have little time. Stops that are hard to pinpoint. - Nice experience: headphones provided on board to listen to the multilingual recorded guide in sound broadcasting. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable multilingual staff. Of course you can get off and on at any stop on each of the four lines to visit the attractions. On the bus I also got to buy tickets for a boat ride on the canals provided by a sister company: beautiful. Two flaws: queues at the stops a bit long (you may need to take the next ride if the bus is full), also hard to find stops (there is the app but the integrated map is difficult to read and struggles in gps positioning, perhaps it would have been better to indicate the location of the stops on google maps).

Split up tickets, please - I went with a college class. They gave me one ticket for multiple people so wwe all had to hop on and hop off together. It would have been far better if we'd each had our own tickets.

Milan City Touring - Several routes around Milan that covered the major points of interest. Great way for sightseeing. Sometimes difficult to hear everything on the audio with limited buses to change routes, with lots of waiting for the next bus.

Not worth the time or money - We took the Yellow Line in Milan and first off the bus was approx 40 minutes late; I understand there was traffic due to a lot of construction but this was the first stop and one would think better planning might have helped. The narration through the provided ear buds could not be heard consistently due to the rattling of the bus b/c of the roads..I honestly couldn't tell you of what sights were pointed out even after trying to follow the map; which means I spent more time trying to follow the map and not actually viewing the "sights". Overall, I would not recommend this activity.

Bad experience in Milano - I was there on May 30, 2025 and due to a concert all the routes in the center were suspended and redirected to other routes. We bought the tickets that morning but we were not warned about this situation. I find it hard to believe that they found out about the closure of the central area only a few hours before. And on the green line the bus did not have air conditioning in the interior area and because it was very hot we decided to get off. When we asked the staff if we could use the tickets the next day they wanted to sell us tickets for the next day. I think it is a lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend

Poor experience - This was pretty poor. Buses were erratic, and we ended up abandoning the buses and getting the metro around as we waited/wasted so much time waiting for buses. We also had problems with headset connections not working on a very busy bus where we couldn"t move seats. Buses need to be very 15 mins to make these tours worthwhile. Save your cash and walk/metro - you'll see loads more for half the price.
