Very worth it! Great tour - It was amazing to see the inside of La scala and seeing the last supper was breathtaking. The tour guide was so great! I wish the bus brought us back to the pick up point but everything else was fantastic.

1/2 day tour of Milan, seeing Duomo, La Scala, and The Last Supper - We enjoyed this tour. Guide was very informative. I appreciated learning the history of Italy. I wish we could have stayed longer in Duomo, but it was a Sunday, and there were services. Enjoyed touring the La Scala museum & seeing the art work, portraits, musical instruments and history of La Scala. The Last Supper was the highlight of the tour. To actually see this masterpiece, not wait in a long line, and hear the story of Leonardo 's work.

Beware Zani Tours. Inconsistent tour guides. - The tour guide Marco was knowledgeable, but seemed burnt out. He did not have an umbrella or anything so that we would not lose him in a sea of people at the Duomo. I actually lost the group, then luckily I found them and asked him to let us know when he was moving to the next location. Even when we arrived at the Last Supper, he didn't even announce we had arrived-we had a double decker. so those on top had no clue. Very apathetic. The tour was good but rushed. This Zani company has very INCONSISTENT tour guides. So beware. I would never use them again.

Milan group tour - After private tours in rome and florence, group tour in Milan was a different experience. Not bad overall but spent way too much time at La Scala, duomo and last supper are what i think most people are here for. True opera buffs will go for specialized opera tours. The tour guide somehow managed all 30 of us through the crowded streets,

Good tour but BEWARE of Viator UNFAIR Rewards Policy! - Our tour guide, Massimo, was very knowledgeable and spoke English well. Rated 3 stars instead of 5 due to: 1) Would have been better to take public transport from meeting place Milan Tourist Center to first stop, La Scala Opera House rather than walk, and 2) Rewards CANNOT be used on a pre-scheduled tour EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT YET PAID FOR IT!! In order to apply the rewards to your next tour on your vacation, you would have to create a NEW reservation AFTER the rewards are eligible! RIDICULOUS policy! By the date your rewards become eligible to be used, the tours are all Sold Out, therefore YOU CANNOT use the rewards dollars. The so-called rewards are truly worthless due to this unfair policy. Also, the rewards only have a 6 month expiration period.

Not an experienced tour - It starts with our tour guide who had his mic on his chest, which we could hear if there was no noise, but we heard every car, bike, horn and all the ambient noise around him. It was very difficult to hear, let alone understand him. . He was very boring and just kept talking and walking almost losing us in the very crowded areas. He was not kind and felt like he just wanted to be done with us. I would not recommend this tour guide. We didn’t even know his name!

Not Worth it...Too expensive for a walking tour - Massimo, the guide, was very rude and continuously was talking down disrespectfully to another family that was on this tour. This tour was not planned well and not worth the cost (too expensive for what it is...a walking tour). We had no time inside the Duomo to explore, if it wasn't for the breathtaking "Last Supper" I would of rated it even lower. Most of the places we visit were free with a reservation or a minimal entrance fee. Need a better, nicer tour guide that connects with the guests and brings this beautiful city to life!
