We will learn together to prepare Tiramisu, the most famous desert in the world, following the traditional recipe. At the end of the lesson, we will sit together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of wine. The recipes are the original ones handed down by my grandmother Velia, who, with patience and love, passed on to me all her cooking secrets over time. Great fun! - We booked for two adults and one 11 year old who was celebrating a birthday. Carlotta was so kind, it was fun making the food and it was all so delicious. The cat was very cute too. I recommend this experience.

Amazing experience! - What an incredible experience! Carlotta was so welcoming and friendly and taught us to prepare the most incredible pasta dishes followed by the most moreish tiramisu! Having an amazing meal with wonderful company was a perfect way to end our amazing trip to Milan. Would definitely recommend!!!!

If you’re in Milan, please do yourself a favour and spend an evening at Carlotta’s! - What an amazing experience! Everything I wanted an evening in Milan to be. We learnt how to make ravioli and tiramisu’, with Carlotta as our exceptional teacher. It’s hard to put into words the deliciousness of the food we made. Italy at its finest! And the whole vibe was just so warm and fun. Thank you Carlotta, we’ll be back!

Unforgettable experience with delicious food - We had such a lovely time with Carlotta! Not only did we learn how to cook delicious spaghetti, ravioli and tiramisu, but we also had a lovely and warm conversation like meeting an old friend. She is an excellent and patient teacher and the pasta and the tiramisu were the best we have ever tried. She is super kind and fun to talk to. Her cat Yoda is super sweet as well and supervised our cooking. Thank you Carlotta for the unforgettable experience. Absolutely recommend!

Unforgettable experience learning how to prepare an excellent dinner - At Carlotta's house we immediately felt at home. I finally learned how to make homemade pasta and understood the mistakes I made when I tried unsuccessfully to do it myself. I learned how to make tiramisu and tasted the one we prepared together ... and it was delicious !!! Carlotta's passion for cooking, Italian ingredients and her family's culinary tradition emerge throughout the entire lesson. It was truly an unforgettable experience ..... and in addition to an excellent dinner we laughed a lot !!

Five star experience! - Such a wonderful experience, Carlotta is a great cook, great teacher and we had loads of fun conversing about food, wine and travel spots in Italy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and will certainly book again when back in Italy

Fun evening of learning! - We had a great private lesson - just my husband and I. Carlotta was so welcoming and very conscientious of food safety with the raw eggs, etc. The finished product was delicious! I am actually making the tiramisu today at home. :) I would recommend this class to anyone looking!

Had an awesome time - Don’t let the small number of reviews discourage you from signing up. This was a ton of fun and I learned a lot on how to make tagliatelle and tiramisu. The host was an excellent instructor. I highly recommend.

Such a Fun Experience!! - One of the best experiences we had on our trip! Carlotta was such a great host and teacher who took the time to explain the process and answer as many questions as we had. We made fresh pasta and my favorite, Tiramisu! We had a fantastic time visiting, learning and discussing Italian culture. It was truly "hands on"! Carlotta prepared a wonderful dinner with the pasta and ravioli that we made fresh and capped it off with our Tiramisu. It was truly an unforgettable night. We will return for another class when we come back to Italy. Thank you Carlotta and Mateo!!

Very nice, interesting and entertaining course with delicious food 🥰 - We attended the course together at Carlotta and had a very nice and entertaining morning. Carlotta showed us how to make pasta traditionally. We made tagliatelle and ravioli with spinach/ricotta filling and then ate very delicious. For dessert we made Tiramisu also this one was very delicious. Carlotta took the recipes from your grandmother. The course was very interesting, entertaining and we also had a lot of fun.
At the end, we gave the recipes home for recooking.
