Safe and timely journey, I highly recommend it! - The buses were on time. We purchased tickets for a specific time, but in both cases, we were able to easily use an earlier transfer. The drivers were very friendly and experienced, and we felt safe during the trip. We purchased tickets online, which is very clear and the prices are more favorable, than those of the competition. I highly recommend them!

Great service! - A really easy quick service. Straight out of arrivals onto an air con bus. Arrived into the city as scheduled. Stops right outside the station where there are taxis waiting for onward journeys. For only 9 euros, saved a fortune by doing this rather than a taxi from Bergamo! Return to the airport was hassle free too!

Effective - Punctual, comfortable I had bought my round trip in advance, but it is possible to buy locally with a credit card.

Efficient airport transfer options - Very easy to use both online and in person. Clear signage and clear instructions on how to get to the bus stops. Comfortable transfers with plenty room for luggage which has been handy when going to and from airport. Also lots of times available which is convient for early flights.

Good. Fiable. - We chose them to take us from Milan to Bergamo Airport because we read that the route was direct without any stops (we wanted it that way for our luggage), and that's exactly what it was. We booked the 3:40 bus online, and since we arrived early, they let us take the earlier bus. There was a worker constantly checking on the suitcases (a very positive point). My big but is that the bus's air conditioning didn't work very well and we were incredibly hot on the journey.

Greed... - That's bad. They do not respect the indicated time, they leave only when the shuttle fills up completely risking you missing your flight. Avoid this company!

Bad experience - TERRIBLE service. The bus breaks down, no one says anything, the bus driver says nothing, no replacement buses... everyone is left to their own devices. Regrettable. This happened today on the 12 o'clock bus from Malpensa Airport to Milan.
