Exceptional Customer Service - I was not able to join this tour due to factors outside my control and Djono was more than happy to refund my ticket. I can't speak more highly of the customer service she provided! I can't wait to get back to CA and take this tour :)

An unmissable excursion - It is a place of great charm. It is a forest of majestic trees that infuses peace and serenity. It is not for nothing that President Truman wanted the delegates present in 1945 in San Francisco to create the UN, to visit this place precisely to encourage their commitment to building a world of peace after the tragedy of the war.

It was a good day. Easy... - It was a good day. Easy to find meeting place, nice driver with clear instructions. If you get off in Sausalito, you can take the Ferry back. Fair warning.....2 different lines with different tickets and different departure times on weekdays versus weekends.

Muir Woods and Sausalito - We had lots of traffic so the self guided tour of Muir Woods was shortened to 60 minutes and time in Sausalito was 45 minutes. You do not have to take the ferry home. You can take the bus each way and save some money.

Worth the Experience but Not the Tour - Booked the Muir Woods + Sausalito Ferry option, but the ferry wasn’t included despite the higher price. The tour felt rushed — barely enough time for Muir Woods or Sausalito. Staff and guide were nice, but I’d recommend renting a car or booking a longer tour.

Not worth the $ - Tour started late, shop seemed disorganized. The tour guide was borderline obnoxious. We felt he wasted time. His commentary about turkeys was bizarre and annoying to us and I'm sure most everyone else. Overall, over priced tour for what you get. Didn't even stop at the golden gate bride, just drove over it and told to take photos. We should have just bought a ferry pass and taken an uber to the woods. Would have been a lot cheaper and more enjoyable.

Very concerned! - This was an extremely disappointing experience. I purposely picked this trip fo the extra time in Sausilito; however that did not happen. Not only was it poor time management, there were times I was genuinely concerned for our safety. We were already 10 minutes late before our driver boarded the bus even though all parties were on the bus. Then we spent 10 more minutes introducing our selves and 5 more for him to tell us about him. Basically it took us over an hour and a half to get to Muir Woods even though that was the purpose of the trip. All of that I could have dealt with but our driver/guide but was unable to complete his thoughts, he was incoherent and rambling. He repeated himself continuously and would stop mid sentence because he would forget what he was saying. The van would be weaving on very dangerous roads and he would be driving with one hand while telling us about tigers, sweeping a muddy bus, and how the manager wouldn’t give him coffee. I truly think he was doing his best but his inability to manage his time and thoughts made this experience disappointing and dangerous.
