Great outdoor adventure. - We took the bioluminescence tour with Brian. We had 3 adults and 4 kids from 7-13. Brian was an excellent guide - very patient with the kids and knowledgeable about the environment and history of the area. Kids had a great time - loved the comb jelly fish and their beautiful light show. We were able to see quite a bit of wildlife on our tour.

Fascinating experience - We discovered the mystery of bioluminescent comb jellies, the Jurassic-park-like feel of this bird refuge after dark, and the company of dolphins. Our guides, Javier and Terence, share knowledge and a deep love and respect for this remarkable river and lagoon. The kayaks are clean and solid.,we were equipped with flashlights, whistles and glow

Absolutely loved the experience - We really had a wonderful experience and the team was really helpful throughout. One of our senior family member was not able to manage kayaking and the team helped tieing our kayak with their and got them through the entire tour. We didn't know what to expect so our teenagers were not prepared enough and had difficulties due to that. Our lessons learned is wear water resistant full hand top and pant and a jacket with hoodie. Mosquito repellent is must. Get a towel for each member, change of clothes. Since it's a night time tour, be prepared to drive in the one way lane road with no lights on for about 5 miles and no paved road for about 1.5 miles. It was little intimidating but we all got back home safe. Again kudos to the team for going above and beyond in taking care of everyone and bringing everyone back safe.

A unique nature experience in Florida - It was a great experience. Our main guide was friendly and witty. The preparation and the execution of the experience is professional. I really liked the kayak experience in open water because I never kayak. I don't know if it's dependant on specific conditions and maybe I had higher expectations from the photos but for me personally the bioluminescence experience was a bit underwhelming. We did witness it very distinctly - both in water while paddling and with the jelly creatures themselves. My wife and kids were thrilled by the whole experience.

A frustrating experience - It was a frustrating experience, as we saw nothing but crocodiles. The company said that not the bioluminescence due to the full moon be, but in my opinion if Kayake tours knows that with the full moon has no way to see due to high clarity, should cancel the tour and transfer to another day, because the expert tour professionals are them. Visanm only the sale and not the after sale and customer satisfaction and experience. I found it ugly.

Beware - Beware of this company. They put money over safety. We were to get there 30 minutes prior. We were not greeted by the company booked. We talked to our guide after 7pm asking him if it was safe to go out? There was a wind advisory and Rip current advisory. We told him the other companies that were there had cancelled any other tours. The guide told us he thought it was safe but you can call my boss so I did. He was basically go don’t go my guide knows and to bad no refunds no rain check. With the wind as ruff as the water was a girl 1/2 my age said it was rough out there
