Just Gorgeous! - It was a gorgeous tour! Thank you to our guides, Sarah and Trey for their super great job. We took my niece from Japan for this kayaking, and she had the best experience. We saw dolphins and flamingos at the sunset. I was extremely excited to see two flamingos!!!! Their color was so beautiful in the orange sunset. Then after the dark, we enjoyed the bioluminescence jelly fish under lots of starts. The view was amazing! It was a bit chilly at the end, but we had so much fun!

Fantastic tour! - This tour was excellent. We were able to see dolphins and manatees during the sunset portion. The bioluminescence was amazing, one of the coolest experiences we’ve had. Our guides, Rock, Jay, and Jimmy were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this experience!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! - This was by far the best tour & experience we've ever had. We were getting out of the car when we spotted Samantha's beautiful smile, we felt very welcomed by her & the whole team. They were very attentive & so kind. We did the Sunset Kayaking with Bioluminescence
at the Haulover Canal location. Our guides were incredible, Jay & Jayden. They take safety very seriously & make sure all the guests feel safe & comfortable. They are so knowledgeable, patient, kind & very professional. I was very touched by the compassion they showed me when I shared that I cannot swim, I was very nervous while driving there but when we arrived I felt so cared for, heard, reassured & absolutely safe throughout the entire tour. The Sunset was absolutely beautiful but the highlight was seeing the bioluminescent comb jellies, seeing the water glow and sparkle as we paddled through the dark waters. We saw manatees, dolphins & lots of fish. After the tour ended Jacob extended his hand to help me get up & out of the kayak, for me this was a very kind gesture. They truly go above & beyond for all the guests. On our way out we interacted with Rohan & Rohit, very Intelligent, knowledgeable, sweet & such a great representation of the company. We also met Kailani. Thank you for an unforgettable experience & the exceptional customer service you provided us & other guests. Our guide Jay made the tour so fun & enjoyable with his candid sense of humor. We couldn't stop laughing. We will definitely be back & highly recommend BK Adventure!!

Bio Tour with Friends - Leo was a great tour guide! His energy, enthusiasm and expertise made the night! Although we didn’t see the large beautiful glowing plankton that looked like the photos BK puts online, we saw some small sparkles and had a fun night full of laughter and great memories thanks to Leo and his team!

Great Views of Sunset, Stars and Luminescence - The kayak adventure was wonderful. The guide, Tyler, was informative and with his two assistants made certain everyone was safe. We saw dolphins, all types of birds and fish as well as an alligator. The experience after dark was exceptional from the stars to the luminescence. I would recommend this trip!!

Fun Experience - Very fun experience! Guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see brown pelicans & manatee during the 1st half of the trip including a great sunset. The second half we were out on the water, but we're told that because of lighting strikes close by that we had to get get off the water. SAFETY FIRST! We received a rain check that never expires. Which is very fair! Highly recommend BK Adventures!

Disappointing but not disappointed - I’m going to start out by saying that we were in Florida during the hurricane and received a rain check for our trip.
Hurricane Debby had not been predicted! We booked Cocoa Beach for 5 nights completely around this tour. We were highly impressed by several things
1. We were originally booked for Sunday night. You emailed and texted early on in the day to cancel. You rebooked us last night (Monday) when I emailed to let you know our flight was leaving Tuesday evening though online it showed the sunset tour was full.
2. You gave the option of cancelling/rebooking last night early on in the day.
3. Your staff was extremely kind and positive last night when we were told it was too windy. Giving the option to wait it out was not discouraged but they were also very upfront about being able to leave and get the rain check quickly.
4. After hours of waiting your staff thought we wouldn’t be able to go out but said that we could get the rain check and they would ALSO show us the bioluminescence with nets and paddles from land - they got right in and caught some and were showing it in containers.
5. They took us out for a half an hour (and truthfully even longer) close to land so we could get the experience as none of us were from Florida and many wouldn’t be able to use the rain check.
Thank you for making the best of the situation! I think we had Drew, Andrew … and maybe Josh? They should be commended for their positivity and efforts!!
We look forward to coming back a some point to use our rain check!

It's unusual to see Dolphins...!! Guide saw a manatee ??? ! We certainly didn't - Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable.. but don'texpect to see Dolphins.
Clear bottom boats sound good , in reality, you just sit in a puddle of water.
The bioluminescence is interesting, seen best in the jar you catch them !
The sunset was lovely. We had a pleasant, if soggy evening, on the water.! Fits in the category of a good story to tell when you get home !

Disappointed - I must say our three guides were terrific and I don't hold them responsible for the average rating. I would rate them excellent. However, we didn't enjoy much about our adventure. There were three of us in a large group of almost 30 and we seemed to be one of the few that knew how to maneuver a kayak. It was like bumper boats all evening with people just crashing into others constantly. We also missed some of the guided talk because we couldn't get close enough to the leader when he spoke. We went to a location where the manatees were but people all crowded around them so we couldn't see them either. The bioluminescence didn't exist in my opinion. Circling our hands in the water we could see some white that looked like foam and a few times saw a literal spark that had color and were told they were baby comb jellyfish. The guide did have a net so he caught some comb jellyfish for us to see and touch but that was it. We expected the water to light up with a pretty color when we went through it or had movement but it was very dark out there the whole time. The part we enjoyed... the sunset was amazing.
