Our dedicated staff meticulously crafts each personalized seal (hanko) using a professional engraving machine. Please be aware that guests do not participate in the seal-making process. Each seal takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. For groups of two or more, please ensure each person selects one of the four design options in advance.

While waiting (around 30 minutes), enjoy a calligraphy experience with traditional brush and ink. If we are particularly busy, the seal production may exceed one hour. In such cases, we will provide an estimated completion time and kindly request you to return later to collect it from the store.

By informing us in advance, the kanji meaning, style, and calligraphy design can be fully tailored to your preferences.
