- Plaza de Armas (Plaza Mayor) - We will make a tour of the Historic Center of Lima to go back a moment toward the majesty of the Lima Viceregal observing their main monuments and its elegant architecture. We will go to a renowned restaurant where the chef, specialized in ceviche, will allow us to enter into your kitchen and will share with us their secrets, doing a demonstration of how performs its ceviche. - Barranco - hen we will give a walk by Barranco, bohemian district of our capital and cradle of artists. There we visit several shops and a private collection of fine crafts brought from all corners of Peru. To close, we will visit a local restaurant where we will have the opportunity to try picarones, the famous traditional Peruvian dessert prepared with pumpkin and sweet potato. Thus, we completed a full day doing a tour of the historic center of Lima, a gastronomic tour and a shopping tour in the capital.
