- Mercado nro 1 de Surquillo - The tour will include a visit to a Peruvian market (Market No. 1 Surquillo) to explore the essential ingredients and products used in Peruvian cuisine. The guide will explain the significance of each product and the dishes they are used in. Guests will have the opportunity to taste seasonal fruits such as Chirimoya and Pacae, among others.
- Chorrillos - The tour will proceed to the RIVIERA restaurant located in Chorrillos. Here, the chef will conduct a cooking class on how to prepare Peruvian Ceviche, the popular Cause with Crab Pulp, and the traditional Pisco Sour. Participants will engage in the preparation process and learn the importance of these iconic dishes. All necessary utensils for preparation, including gloves and disposable hats, will be provided in accordance with food preparation protocols. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours.
