Awesome trip - We had a great day out on the water with our Captain Chris, Paul and Dennis! Lots of energy and they were all friendly and enthusiastic! Great snorkeling, cliff jumping, waterfall exploring- over all an awesome day. Went with husband and 3 teenage sons.

WOW! Wonderful staff and experience! - WOW! This was one of the best excursions we have ever done! Snorkeling, cliff jumping, waterfall, horse back riding and all with the BEST staff! They treat you like family and take you to all the great spots! We had an amazing day as a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and we all had a blast! Shout out to Rolando for making this a wonderful experience. Do yourself a favor and BOOK it!

Best tour ever - This is the best tour we have ever been on in Puerta Vallarta. We have been back with friends and family a taken it 6 more times over the years. We highly recommend.

10/10 - My husband and I went on an excursion with Captain Jack Sparrow this April, and it was hands-down one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Mexico! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Captain Jack was so helpful, hilarious, and incredibly knowledgeable—not to mention totally committed to making sure everyone had the best time. The whole crew was fantastic and made us feel safe, welcome, and ready for adventure. We were taken to some seriously stunning snorkel spots (so much marine life!), got to do some super fun cliff diving, and even relaxed at a gorgeous waterfall hangout. Every single part of the day felt thoughtfully planned and full of good vibes. If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT! This isn’t just an excursion, it’s a memory-maker. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Fun day of adventure - Jack is amazing, full of energy and very exuberant. The tour starts with a cliff jump in Mismaloya Bay, then over to Los Arcos for some history, feeding the fish and snorkelling. Along the coast ride we were given informative information. The drinks (water, pop, beer and tequila shots) were included. Next, we went for a hike (if you can’t hike 30 minutes up hill, you can rent a horse or an ATV). The cliff jumping from the top waterfall was fun to watch. Drinks and snacks at the local cantina were good. Next, we went snorkeling and saw many fish. Lastly, we went to Las Animas to a very good beach restaurant. We were extremely exhausted and needed a nap by the end. It was a great day and I recommend this company. Our guide Xavier was very good as Jack had 3 boats out that day.

Unprofessional and not worth the money - Very unprofessional! so with regards to the good reviews ..they seem to be only for when Jack Sparrow ( Ulysses) is on board. When we booked with him, He told us ..that he would be joining us for our tour and to book on a date he was ' available ' and confirmed would be on hand to address my husbands lack of swimming experience as well as he encouraged us to take the whole day tour ( up sell). When the day arrived he informed my husband that he would not be joining the tour due to some personal appointment and left us in the hands of a young tour guide who was very aggressive and more interested in talking about himself and his experience than actually helping folks on the boat.. and then as the tour went on somehow he seemed to be catering to a couple of Spanish ladies and their needs more than other folks on the boat. On top of that he left us stranded on a very shady beach for over 1.5 hours without a confirmation of when we could leave and head back to the hotel. He seemed to be making us wait so that we could buy beverages or something to eat from the restaurant there..and we saw that that they even gave him a free lunch. When my hubby was scared in the water..he was just yelling instructions to 'help' him instead of giving him the 🛟 which he had already given to the Spanish speaking ladies.. ( lack of safety equipment on the boat) even the entry and exit on the boat left us feeling humiliated as he would just grab us or give us sharp instructions and at one point I even got bruised on my arm when a wave came in and he was insisting that I should get into the boat instead of waiting for it to pass. All in all ..we felt this tour is a total money grab and if anyone is taking this tour from barcelo resort..I think the $25 trip to the archipelago and snorkeling is enough.. the part with the waterfall and beach etc is a total waste of time and money. Also they dint stick to their word and can change plans according to what benefits of pays them better after they already have your money.
