Travelling on (Canadian) Thanksgiving. - Excellent "Thanksgiving" Roast Lunch at the lounge. Helpful staff who made the perfect Bloody Mary and very good British Roast Beef and Yorkshires.

ridiculous request at the lounge - This is a nice lounge next to gate 32, but today I was required to pay $2 for a clamato juice. You can drink complimentary vodka, wine, whiskey , beer, etc. However, they don't want to serve complimentary clamato juice . I requested to show me the menu where it's written, but they couldn't provide me anything. At the end the manager "approved" serving me a glass of clamato. This is ridiculous and must change.

Not Worth It - Busy holiday season so I had paid a $10 reservation fee to guaranty a time slot. Courteous welcoming staff but that is where it ended. The lounge was packed with far too few tables. The chairs were strange box like things and uncomfortable to say the least. People eating at these chairs had to balance their plates on their knees and, as a result, there was lots of spillage. Wine was cheap with limited selection although upsell choices were available. Food was high school cafeteria quality.

Dont waste your time - I’ve noticed there is always a long waitlist everytime i go, it never used to be this way. Not only do you have to sign up on the waitlist and wait 30min until you receive and email, then you go up and wait in another long line as they check you in, their check in process is unnecessarily long. Also the quality of the food is pretty bad, like high school cafeteria food, and there is no bottled water. They take forever to clear any tables, Its better to not even bother using this lounge the airport is much nicer! I need to cancel my priority pass asap.

Worst treatment at visa lounge - Pearson Airport - i have had my VISA cards for over 40 years and attempted to use the lounge for the first time on the day of my 67th birthday as I was travelling to Antigua with my husband when the clerk at the counter - Sharon - treated me rudely and denied me access. She made me feel like a thief. She should not be in customer service and was rude to me in the presence of her supervisor who sad that she would deal with it later.

Machinagasugi - It's good luck to come before shopping for Torima, scan a QR and add it to the waiting list before going shopping slowly. I waited an hour and a half. While I was waiting, I was watching at the face-to-face Pumpy bar, but it was just my imagination that all the white people were going in first and waiting outside of Asia.??? Food is Indian.

Dreadful - don't bother - Not premium, not pleasant, nothing to recommend. Chaotic from arrival. Early evening, 7.30 pm. Directed from first entry desk to a second one down the corridor, where I was initially informed that there was a ‘waitlist’. Upon expressing my disbelief I was allowed in as I was flying business class. In hindsight I would have been better walking away. First once again directed away from a secondary entrance which was apparently only for BA passengers to turn left into the ‘lounge’. Crowded with very few free seats, over hot, grubby. The poorest food selection I have ever seen in a business class lounge.Minimal hot offerings and virtually no cold offering. Only drinks available were draught beer and house wines from the bar. After a day in hot and humid Toronto I had a couple of Molson beers for refreshment. From the dreadful food offering opted for some mini pretzels and tortilla chips, and went back for a glass of red wine. Upon serving me the wine the woman behind the bar informed me that this was now my limit of drinks and I would have to wait 30 minutes before ordering another! Fortunately I had no intention of ordering another or remaining thirty minutes as my flight was leaving from gate 530 at the IFC and I had to go to catch the bus there. If your airline offers you this lounge as a business class passenger you may choose to try your luck, but I won't be bothering again. If you are considering paying for entrance, DON’T. I’m just glad chose to stay longer in the city and didn’t arrive early to enjoy the facilities of the business class lounge.

Avoid - I went to pay for entry at the lounge by b gates. The lady on the desk suggested I had a look before I pay as no refunds. It was full… not a seat spare, food depleted and was busier than the main terminal. Thankfully I didn’t pay or go in as it would have been an awful experience. Thanks to the kind lady on the desk I avoided the awful situation.

Horrible .. don’t waste your money and don’t expect good food - Paid $160. Won’t ever do it again ! I’ve heard so many tell me how wonderful these lounges are; maybe others are but not this one ! Don’t waste your money Staff were pleasant enough but the rest was horrible. What was supposed to be a selection of good food prepared fresh in front of you was an Asian inspired selection of ‘slop on a plate’ under a heat lamp .. of which none I could eat bc of allergies, and there was nothing normal like some cheese and crackers or a piece of fruit, perhaps just a piece of chicken or skewer not bathed in sauce. There were meatballs but they were full of soya and fillers and had little flavour. The furniture is uncomfortable and most pieces very worn and taped-up with duct tape. The house-pour wine was horribly cheap and the upgrade was $10.! The washrooms were lovely and spotless clean, but that was a hefty price to pay for clean washrooms
