Great location, and wonderful tour guide! Thank you! - I was really satisfied with this tour! A sea turtle came right up to me without swimming away, and I had never seen such a clear water in my life! I fell off the SUP board twice, but it was so much fun! It was my first time doing SUP, so when I stood up, my legs were shaking and I honestly felt nervous. But after falling in once, I stopped being afraid of it and was able to enjoy it even more! I could tell the tour guide was doing their best to make sure we had a great time, and I really appreciated that. I’d love to join another tour with the same company next time!

Unforgettable Snorkeling Adventure with Sea Turtles! - What an unforgettable snorkeling experience! Even though it was raining, we were lucky enough to spot two sea turtles, which made the tour absolutely magical. The hour-long tour was just the right amount of time to enjoy the underwater beauty. Everything was well-prepared: wetsuits, snorkeling goggles, and marine shoes were included. If you wear glasses, be sure to let them know ahead of time so they can provide prescription goggles. Unfortunately, I booked last minute and couldn’t get them, but I appreciate that this option is available. The highlight was definitely Kaito-san, our amazing tour guide. He took plenty of incredible photos and videos for us, making sure we could relive the experience later. You can also bring your own action camera or phone to capture moments. This tour is a must-do—highly recommended!

We had a great day - Iigo was a great guide. The SUP was great. Crystal clear water and you could paddle around well. We were lucky enough and even saw 2 turtles while snorkeling. The group was also not too big with 6 people and Iigo could take good care of everyone.

It is a SCAM!! Don’t join!! Money paid but no one showed up!!! - I booked SUP + snorkelling. From the mail I received from the company and the booking details on tripadvisor, it said the start time is 14:00. When I arrived by 14:00, they said I was late. The SUP tour has started at 13:45pm and I could not join mid-way. I am already not happy with the confusion in meeting time. Then they asked me to meet up at another point for snorkelling at 15:30. When I arrived on time, no one was there. I texted and kept calling the company for several times and no one answered me. I was there, standing all alone in the parking lot with my 8 years old kid, with a big heavy bag of snorkelling tools, under strong sunshine almost got sunburnt and melted, waited for 30 minutes, and still no one showed up!! At last, they said the guide was late and asked me to keep waiting for him. So what??? Customers are not allowed to be late but guide is allowed to be late. When can you join or when the activity is cancelled they have all the say. Customers are NOT allowed to complain and have a say! What a great hospitality of Japanese!! My kid and I were extremely disappointed and pissed off! They wasted our whole afternoon and a day of good weather doing nothing but waiting, moving around in taxi! They sent customers multiple inconsistent information about the meeting place and time. They never held responsible and shift all the responsibilities to customers! Adventure PiPi is just trying to scam customers money while paying minimum effort with numerous excuses trying not to provide you with what you have booked! My suggestion to foreigners to Miyakojima when booking any water activities is try to AVOID Adventure PiPi or any activity centre, always book through hotel you are staying. Maybe a bit more expensive but better than paying for a waste of holiday time and a beautiful afternoon. When I am writing this review, I am still waiting for a full refund from the company and as always, NO reply yet.
